Customer Reviews
We attended a friend’s wedding at Grand Palace and were pleased with the service, which was friendly and attentive. However, the food was disappointing. The sashimi was not fresh, and the overall presentation of the dishes was lacking — it didn’t meet the standard we expected from other similar venues. Additionally, the candy and snack bar had mold on some of the items, including the peanuts. Thankfully, we noticed it in time and prevented our kids from eating any. While the service was commendable, the food quality and cleanliness issues were concerning and not what we anticipated for such an important event. We hope they take these concerns seriously and improve moving forward.
I'd say this place is very authentic and entertaining. The food is genuinely authentic. As a picky Asian who can't cook and always eats out, I'd give this place an 8/10. So, why did I give it 5 stars? It's because I saw the fish in the tank and talked to it. Surprisingly, it seemed to understand my problems so well that it had its jaw dropped. Hahaha, I will come back to this place soon.
The place checks all the boxes, authentic dim sum, large variety, great service, nice ambiance, and even parking. They also have a great dinner menu that includes the best salt and pepper tofu, beef ho fun, and Peking duck.
I probably wouldn't come back here because their fried squid was room temperature and it was early in the day, but the dumplings were so good I'll give it a 2nd chance. But I've been to Colombia where the food safety standards are much lower and I still don't get sick. Invest in 2331 Gerritt St, Philadelphia, pa 19146
We went for a Vietnamese show and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The dance floor is big enough for everyone. Music and sound system are outstanding. Services are excellent. $150 per person for 6 courses and 3 hours show. Food was a 3 ⭐️ but services and ambiance is a 5 ⭐️ So average is 4 stars restaurant for me.
