The guy that took my order was very rude, unpleasant and disrespectful. My shrimp fried rice was burnt, the veggie rice was burnt, egg Foo Young was descent the only thing that was good was the shrimp egg roll. Will never go back there just to be treated like that and I'm spending my money and be mindful they only take cash....I paid cash for trash!!!!
Have been supporting this place for a long time prices have increased which is understandable. The food has fell off with taste and looks as if something has been thrown together. My issues tonight was a lady ask if I could help she was hungry I did and stated to the order taker that orders are separate but being paid for together now this visit can be long but to shorten this she totaled the order gave one price then as being given the money she say it's more money with an attitude that being said I asked but what or how did you add up the order when being told payment is for both orders. Well you can imagine it was a back and forth thing but they have lost this customer I wii go all the way to China Town before every coming back here. And last but not least when you see a well astablisted place and now it's almost empty this should say something about what's going on now π€.
They are selling food and we don't know what they cooking. They are rude. I ask them what part of the chicken is this, she says white meat, I know how white meat taste. This is NOT white chicken, it taste like something they made. I'm done supporting them. They will never not get any money from me. I'm calling city on them.
NO TASTE...... WASTE of TIME & MONEY After a long day and in the effort of saving time and being in the area for the evening. It was I decided to try this establishment. And in a honest decleration these are my thoughts. This is subpar Chinrese food. If you have had Better you know BETTER !! This food was not in my opinion even good. There is a lack of quality ingredients being used and the food is severely OVERPRICED for the value recieved( or rather the lack there of) !!! π― It is a cash only establishment where you then would likely opt to use the ATM at a $3 fee, the prices for "combination meals" are much higher than much tastier higher value competitors......I'm tempted to mention. I was highly disappointed that the menu for dinner combinations did not include classics like Beef Chop Suey or Shrimp with Lobster sauce additionally the meal only comes with Chicken fried rice or you can request Shrimp fried rice for a $2.50 upcharge. There us an eggroll but no drink included...again the many of the competition offers a can pop with their COMBO / DINNER SPECIALS. To add insult to injury the food was BLAND and frankly unsavory and I am being nice.π The chicken fried rice was just rice with some little bits of diced chicken and white onions (clumps of white rice) and no egg (see the picture) that is the Pepper Steak combination. The green peppers were soft and onions were old and textured. The eggroll was Meh.....the bit that I ate because I discarded it after biting a piece of a small shrimp that tasted " too shrimpy"π€’ as in a bad seafood way. The Large Shrimp Fried rice is $11 (not Jumbo Shrimp). It just was not a good experience for me or for the people of which I ordered food for either. It prompted me to write this review.
Seriously when I get off the plane This is the first I go. I can always count on the perfect fried rice. I live in Atlanta and have been there for 17 years , and have yet to find a good chinese place. This place never disappoints. I gave it 4 stars because its cash onlyπ€·πΎββοΈ
