I've been going there for 15 years and I have to say even over the years with management changing the food has always been the same great tasting delicious food. I also feel like the portions are very decent in Harding you can eat some now and later. Even with me somewhat seeing the manager throughout the years that used to be a staff waiter there she is still humble even a top-level that's a great place to go dine in and eat and or take out!!!

I order pick up at Grand China a lot, so I can't vouch for the dine-in experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is relaxing, and enjoyable. I frequently see families eating dinner at night, so it must be an enjoyable place to eat. This review is for diner's who order pick-up here. Grand China has a great selection of soups that order often, the fish hot and sour soup is my favorite. The soup is loaded with fish, and vegies, and it's definitely worth ordering. There are a lot of common items such as sesame and orange chicken that I like. I usually order the Vietnamese noodle bowl, and the lighter Vietnamese items on the menus like Singapore chicken if you like curry. I'm not fond of brown sauce dishes, but their appetizer menu is really good. The restaurant makes their food fresh, and the fact that this restaurant is popular; the wait time for pick-up orders may be longer. Ask to see if the restaurant is busy, when they are not busy 15- 20 minutes is a good wait time. If they are busy, expect 20-30+ minutes for pick-up orders. Some order's may take longer to cook so I would ask over the phone before going in for a long wait.

I wanted to like it. The wait staff is so nice and attentive. When my dish came. It had a different kind of rice than what I had ordered. And general Tao's chicken I think is a good measure for Asian fast food. The fact that it had so many different types of vegetables in it is the only thing that gave this place is second star. those vegetables were very very very raw 😟 and the chicken was so over cooked it was inedible. It was literally like chewing on dried out chicken wood jerky. God knows how many times it was deep-fat-fried before it was cooked again in the walk. Unfortunately it's garbage. I asked for extra spicy and all they did was throw in whole Chinese dried chili peppers that you cannot eat. Instead of actually seasoning the sauce. I want to give them a caveat because it was lunchtime. but that's going to be most customers introductory to this restaurant. Lunch specials in the Asian food arena. It's so unfortunate. It has a lovely dining room.

I have had both takeout and have dined in at Grand China. I preferred dinning in for sure, but the takeout was also good. The portions are large, so for around $10 I can usually get two good sized meals. The soup and egg rolls are both good as well. I would recommend the sesame chicken as a main dish.
