Love this place. It has a pretty comprehensive breakfast and lunch menu with am amazing arrays of donuts and coockies I love their hot jelly wings, a bit southern and the hot jelly gives is a "thai" twist of sweet and spicy like sauce but not blatantly Asian. The loaded potato soup was superb, and the elevated hash brown with smoked trout and salmon roe was delicious. Their chicken biscuit sandwich is always the right choice, and I loved their version of fish and chips. More tempura airy battered fish than crumbly deep fried. Always get an array of donuts and share. Love their pistachio and the toasted coconut cream. They also had spinach and artichoke stuffed pretzel, which was perfect for breakfast the next day. They have an area with a bar diner feel where you can eat alone and a big open and light filled dining area for bigger groups. The service has always been amazing. They are friendly, efficient and honest about the menu and their current favorites. Always great to have servers that know the menu.

After a few pastries from @catskillmountainbakery, I had a lunch date for a post holiday, gut-busting lunch as usual. Gracie’s is a great option when you are in the Catskill or Cairo area. Particularly, their donuts but I’m here for lunch today. Hipster trendy diner feel with hipster trendy food, where everything is delicious and made in house. Expect to pay more for the quality of preparation and ingredients. Lazy Devils (deviled eggs), a hot-stuffed pretzel (artichoke and spinach), shrimp & grit fritters, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a tuna melt with poutine: $81 including a few drinks and tip. Tuna is made in house not from a can. Definitely grab a few donuts on the way out as they are the best around. They do take the Ulster Eateries VIP Card for 10% off.

Stopped in here for brunch before hiking and I knew right away this place was a gem. Excellent decor, friendly staff, and an aroma of the most delicious food wafting from the kitchen. Big open windows to take in the fall foliage (or whatever time of year you find yourself here) and a cozy atmosphere. Plenty of parking outside. Menu is small but covers all of the good stuff, the coffee was solid, both hot and iced. We went with an egg platter, Greek yogurt, and banana muffin. The egg platter was standard but very well made. The Greek yogurt was fantastic, very fluffy with fresh fruit and granola, definitely good fuel for a long day of hiking. The banana muffin was killer, I should have gotten 5 more. Best breakfast we had on our Catskill trip, will definitely be back!
