Gourmet Buffet & Grill

All you can eat Chinese buffet are basically all alike. Lots of choices and limited quality. Average would be a 3 star. I gave this one 4 stars because it had a few things that lifted it up. The Mongolian bbq was excellent. They make it fresh and the meat/ shrimp was very good. They also had fresh fruit. The wait staff was quick and helpful.

The selection was adequate and the food was very fresh, which can be a rarity for Chinese buffets. When you get there early, for most establishments, you tend to find yesterday’s leftovers warmed and mixed into the new food. At the Gourmet Buffet and Grill, this was not the case, it was fresh. That said, some of the veggies seemed undercooked and entrees were lukewarm to cold. This is a shame because the flavors were good to excellent and should have been served hot. I would return in the future be would check it out first. This is for the ownership, Please make sure the food is done and serve it hot, it would definitely bring in more customers.

First timers. In the area for an appointment, needed a place for a family to eat. This restaurant was really good for a Chinese Buffet! We tried the tempura and sushi stuff, and some other items. When they got dessert, I was stunned what they came back with - nice selection. The ice cream buffet even had multiple toppings. And best of all the place had a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, wasn't packed with people like our local to us one gets, and the bathrooms were roomy and very clean!! Baby changing station was not in a place near the bathroom door, no risk of Mom getting bumped into because of a tiny bathroom situation. The ladies room was really well set. Wow! Nice work Gourmet Buffet! And thanks!

Went to get food here like I do sometimes before a hectic shift and I sit down to eat my food and feed my growing baby. Imagine seeing this and you call them and they won’t do anything except offer a 10% discount for the next time you come in AFTER you bring it in and show proof. Not even a reimbursement. I’m highly disappointed and will not be eating here anymore!!!

Wow! The Gourmet Buffet & Grill was delightful! If you aren’t a fan of Chinese food (like my wife lol), they still have plenty of options and the prices are unreal. Six plates of food and three plates of dessert all for three people at $14.99/person? Which, by the way, if we wanted more, we could’ve had more at no extra cost (hence the buffet)? Sign me up! They have a grill (hence the grill obviously) where the cooks make the food in front of you and you can pick from three different sauces but there’s an entire bar of food you can choose and it’s so cool! They also have Hershey’s ice cream for dessert and plenty more! This was my first time coming here in over 10yrs and it was so awesome, we can’t wait to go again. The customer service is great and the vibe of the place is super consistent. We loved seeing the fish before we left at the fountain near the entrance.
