visiting Vegas and we wanted a good meal. While driving around we do Goong. #1 - 10 stars for being dog friendly. My 2 dogs are service dogs. Always quiet and behave. I told them they will be on the chair but not floor since they are very clean dogs. Cleaner than other humans. They welcomed both of them. To me that's a big big deal. I would literally walk out of a restaurant if they look down on them. 2) food - extremely delicious. From the side dishes to the main dishes of marinated meats, soups etc.. we all loved it. The flavor wasn't too much.. they were just flavored and seasoned just right. We were really stuffed. 3) service- impeccable. From the hosts who seated us and to the gentleman who made sure we were happy and our needs taken care of. Hands down the next service ever.. he was extremely friendly and on top of things. 4) ambiance - clean and inviting. Very comfy feeling. These are 4 keys that would definitely make us want to return, recommend and rehash this memorable experience. So if you haven't tried Goong Bbq on Rainbow, Vegas.. time to check it out and not miss out. Great job and thank you

Service received a 3 star because I felt we were being rushed during our entire meal. We got premium level, I don't know if it was really worth it. Portions of the meats were smaller than other places we've visited, however, meats were good quality.
We went here for dinner. There was no line, we were seated quickly. There were lots of parking spaces as well. The service was quick, and we were given the side dishes while waiting for our main dishes. Out of the many Korean BBQ AYCE we've been to, this place serves the least side dishes. I liked their side salad and the macaroni salad. The kimchi wasn't good as I think it was just made and it didn't have time to ferment. We paid for the premium, which was $46.95 per person. Our server suggested the good meats and we tried them. They have wagyu beef cuts. The wagyu beef wasn't premium at all. We can barely notice the marbling on the meat. The meat was thinly cut, and when it stacked to the grill, it tore. The scallops were also cut so thinly that it shredded. We had to order some salt and pepper to add some flavor to the meat. The tiger shrimps were good, but you can only order 2 pcs per person. We also ordered a tofu soup which I like cause it wasn't overpowering. All in all, this place is just a regular Korean BBQ AYCE. It looks fancy outside, but the food wasn't that great. Our server was really nice, though, and very attentive. I am giving his service a 4. But the other servers were just standing on the sides and don't even check in on you. We had so many Korean places who checks in on you so many times while you're eating. Will I come back? Probably not. This place is overrated and overpriced. If you're looking for a good Korean BBQ AYCE, the Kogi at Eastern is way better. They are cheaper at 29.95 per person and you get so much good meat. Their tomahawk was really tender and very good cut of meat.
This is a family staple in the vegas community for Korean food. My mom is Korean and fully approves of Goong. We love the quality, taste, generous sides dishes and service here. Not to mention the prices are unbeatable. If you are feeling up for KBBQ, it’s under $30 per person for all you can eat! The ambiance feels high end and verys spacious, great for big groups as well.
