Good Luck Carryout

Being a customer at this carryout, I have noticed that there has been a dramatic change with their delivery service and I noticed that customers are being unapologetic and not being understanding. FYI when delivery service is backed up please be mindful that there is only one driver at this current time. Thanks... Your valued customer.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. There is a Danny’s next door, another Chinese place on Livingston by Popeyes, and another one two lights up but do not go here. The OWNER is the worst person ever. Rude. I just complained about an order and she reminded me maybe 25 times she don’t care because she the owner. Yes the short lady with glasses. She got in my face. Thank god I’m not the same person! Instead I walked out and wrote this review. From this encounter I got she thinks customers need her food. Therefore, I just went to the next place to get wings. The disrespect from this owner deserve to be recognized.

Arguably one the worst carryout in oxon hill md got charged $10 for a small order of rib tibs that I normally get for $7 at other carryouts. The slim lady was rude and she didn't get my order right after told her several times munbo sauce, ketchup and extra pepper on fries. They just put ketchup. It's small and dirty inside.

I usually never have a problem with this place but, today that I placed an order at the end I always receive a ticket number she gave me a ticket number. When my boyfriend went to pick up the food we looked at the food and she gave us the wrong food ,so I called again to let her know that we got the wrong food and would want to know if the original order I placed was ready to go return the wrong order and pick up our original order but yet she telling me I didn’t placed the order and I repeated her the order of what I placed and she told me I didn’t placed it, meaning she never wrote down my order and gave me a wrong ticket number and now I’m paying for a difference fee, as someone who comes here and places order here often I’m very disappointed today with the service.

Yooo they hooked me up. See that egg roll. Thank you for that. This food is banging. Woooo. People must Order from here all the time. Their delivery time is on point and the food is always hot and ready. No pun intended. To the delivery driver; you’re amazing.
