Good Chinese Intro
Good Chinese is a meal delivery platform specializing in Chinese cuisine. While its physical location is at 663 Knickerbocker Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11221, USA, and contactable at phone number (718) 366-7829 or mobile phone +1 718-366-7829, this introduction aims to inform local users in Singapore about the potential services and offerings if such a platform were available here. Based on the provided information, we can infer some aspects of their business, keeping in mind that direct experience in Singapore is not available.
As a Chinese restaurant offering meal delivery, Good Chinese would likely provide a diverse menu of popular Chinese dishes. Customers could expect a range of options, potentially including classic stir-fries, noodle dishes, rice dishes, soups, and perhaps regional specialties. The convenience of meal delivery would allow customers in Singapore to enjoy these dishes from the comfort of their homes or offices.
Based on the customer reviews, experiences appear to be mixed. One review mentions issues with food quality (raw food, large vegetable slices) and a delivery issue (no small bills for change). This suggests potential areas for improvement in food preparation and delivery logistics. However, another customer reports a positive long-term experience of five years, highlighting hot and well-packaged food, worthwhile lunch/dinner combos, and friendly in-store service. It's important to note the mention of cash-only payments for in-store orders at their US location, while cashless options are available for online orders. If Good Chinese were to operate in Singapore, they would likely offer various convenient payment methods for online orders.
Considering the competitive meal delivery landscape in Singapore, a new entrant like Good Chinese would need to focus on providing high-quality food, efficient delivery services, and excellent customer support. Promotional information is not available in the provided data. However, typical promotions for meal delivery services might include discounts for first-time orders, bundle deals, or loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
In summary, if Good Chinese were to extend its services to Singapore as a Chinese restaurant meal delivery platform, potential customers could anticipate a menu of Chinese dishes delivered to their location. While one review indicates potential issues with food quality and delivery, another suggests positive aspects like good value combos and friendly service. For success in the Singapore market, a strong emphasis on food quality, reliable delivery, and customer satisfaction would be crucial. Any promotional offers would be announced separately.

The Food is raw. The veggies are slice too big. The delivery guy have no small bills for change.
I have been ordering from Good Chinese for five years now and have never had a bad meal from them. Their food is delivered hot and well packaged. Their lunch/dinner combos are well worth it. They are also very friendly if you make an in-store order (fyi cash only if you go there, but cashless options if you order online).
This is The BEST Chinese food here in Brooklyn. I live out of the district of the location of Good Chinese Restaurant. I will not purchase food from no other Asian spot. I so love Good Chinese Restaurant. The food is EXCELLENT.
First time my family trying this spot I was hesitant at first because it had a 3.8 but we took a chance because the rice actually had color and we ordered on Uber eats, honestly everything was on point food was hot, and tasty! They even read the notes and did what we asked! Definitely will order from them again. They was worth it👍🏼
I ordered food from there 2 Sundays ago and got food poisoning. I didn’t eat anything all day and decided to get pork lo mein and 4 chicken wings, my mom also got a wonton soup. She said she was spitting up all night and the meat inside of it was unknown, she threw it out. The very same night , I threw up lo mein everywhere and the room couldn’t stop spinning. My 75 year old mom had to come and help me out and stayed with me the entire day. They were very swamped that day and I’ve never seen it so busy with at least 7 cooks in the kitchen . It was the day of the Puerto Rican parade. I used to order food from them religiously but not anymore. EVER!!
