Golden Wok Inn

Can't say enough about the food here. It was SO fresh and tasty with large portions. We dined in. Employees were kind and friendly. We will definately be back! We had the Ginger salad, Crab Rangoon, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken, Moo Goo gain pan, egg rolls and wonton soup.

Don't let the outside or the older interior fool you the food is great . The fried rice was tender and flavorful with no large hard vegetables like other places. The sweet and sour chicken was done perfectly and the o the chicken was great the general tsos was great asked for not spicy and got that but still had great flavor. The inside has not been remodeled in 20 years except for paint but is not dirty or run down. The staff seems like a family and provide great service.

The food here was amazing! I’ve been searching the city trying to find a good quality Chinese food restaurant and I’m pretty sure I have my place now! I got general taps with fried rice and first bite of each I know it was hitting. I had a mix up or confusion with ordering and the owner I believe was very understanding and accommodated me without hesitation. 10/10 100%, only think I would have done differently would be to dine in so I didn’t have to wait until I got home to eat! So good and they also have healthy options.

I am ashamed I haven't reviewed Golden Wok before. They are such a common place fact in my life it never occurred to me to review them. I'm 40 and have been eating here since I was a teen. I have watched their family grow. Needless to say I love their food, I'd have to for over 20 years of regularity, they are delicious and consistant. Their food is WELL worth the money. My 3 favorites are: Chicken Noodle Soup Shrimp Lo Mein Chicken Fried Rice The only place they could improve would be adding online ordering.

I have concerns that the workers live in this location. I went to the bathroom and found a total hoarder situation in the kitchen. I'm pretty sure there is a fire code issue as well as a rodent issue. You can't store that many corrugated boxes inside a "restaurant" and kitchen. There is no way this restaurant passes it's inspections. I encourage all of you getting take out to check it out for yourself. It's not a sanitary kitchen. Do not eat here. Ask for the inspection ratings
