Golden Palace

Original order was from Feb 24 - I initially tried placing my order through ubereats but it was cancelled. I should have took that as a sign but I had a craving for Chinese food and the last time I ordered from GP the food was amazing, so I placed an order for delivery on their website. I couldn't believe what I received. I ordered beef lo mein, general tso's chicken, egg rolls and wonton soup. The lo mein was bone dry and tasteless, the chicken was sweet to the point of being sickening and the egg rolls were just bland. The only thing good was the soup and it came in a large, flat plastic container which was weird. Everything else came in Styrofoam containers instead of the takeout boxes they usually come in. They gave me free pork fried rice which was bland and barely had any pork or color to it. The food was awful! What happened to this place? I'm NEVER ordering from here again. I don't know what's going on but in the past few weeks I've had to write off both my favorite pizza and Chinese food places. It's sad, there's like no options left! Please do better! Don't rip people off like this!

We love this restaurant’s food. It is very delicious! And the portions are huge. Their food is very flavorful and you get so much for a cheap price! The owners are very very nice! I highly recommend them. I know there are alot of choices out there, but they won me over! Also the owner usually gives little extras like eggrolls, and they are not stingy with the duck sauce like some places. I got both those bags for around $42, what a bargain! And my husband is so happy. A stroke survivor with diabetes type 2, and Golden Palace offers healthy options as well. I just love them!

This is honestly best Chinese food you would ever get! The atmosphere is very welcoming. The food is very well seasoned. The rice is very well done. The chickens too are very phenomenal. Honestly I highly suggest coming over here!

This is my first time trying this restaurant. It's clear it's a family-owned small business. Please be patient with them. They are trying their best. Their food was delicious. And they even ran out of shrimp fried rice because they were so busy but substituted and even gave me more food. They take a long time for the food to be ready, but I imagine it's a very small staff managing hundreds of orders. Please be patient with them. They are so kind. I really enjoyed the service and food. The egg rolls were so good! That's the mark of a good Chinese takeout. Everything fresh

Great hidden gem for chinese take out in cumberland, Rhode Island. Very nice family owned restaurant where you can be sure the food is always delicious and they give huge portions! I love the crab rangoon that is stuffed with nice thick and creamy ~ cream cheese and pieces of crab meat. The dumplings and their fried rice are also favorites of mine. This is now the only place i will buy chinese food! I dont mind driving 10-15 mins to go get it because it is so good and definitely a great value! The woman owner is such a pleasure to see and talk to and she always aims to please! She always gives extras too! Lastly I love the fact that they give extra home made duck sauce with out charging you. I do love love this place! ❤️⭐️🥟
