Golden Nugget Biloxi Hotel & Casino

From what I experienced here, the customer service is on point. Extremely friendly staff at check-in who welcomed me for a first time visitor and explained where everything was. The cage staff was also extremely friendly, that could be because I was in the elite line, however my experience was top-notch to say the least. The rooms are nice, you can tell the hotel's been here for a little while however the balcony has chairs compared to some of the other Golden Nugget experiences that are absent that amenity. The machines here are above average in my opinion in regards to RTP however they are tight just not as tight as Vegas. One of the biggest pros to any Golden Nugget experience is going to be your comp dollar conversion and slot dollars, just in a few hours I earned over a hundred in comp balance which more than paid for dinner so no one can really complain about that. I was even fortunate enough to have a host introduce themselves while playing and being an elite member with my home casino in a different state and having never met my host a single time this to me spoke volumes to the level of customer service at this hotel. This is probably the third time I played here and for a host to go out of their way to introduce themselves and offer a card with their information is shocking. The only downsides to this casino are going to be that it is rather small so getting on a machine can be difficult if you come later in the night so please keep that in mind if you're coming here. For the elite card holders you will find the facility has an elite parking section however as I was informed, it is not for all elite card members, it is something that has to be approved by the director of this facility and therefore you will probably not be able to use it. Out of five stars I would give this place a solid 4.5, let's face it no place is perfect however the staff here have really impressed me and that should be applauded as most of my reviews have rarely used that term when writing them. If the GM of this facility reads this, keep up the good work.

The hotel rooms are nice, we had a beautiful view of the bridge. My only complaint about the casino is that whoever is in the scent department needs a new job. The different scents in each section never improve. They smell incredibly horrible and even cause my family and I headaches.

Older casino, but well maintained and kept up-to-date. For a casino that allows smoking indoors it didn’t reek of cigarettes. Five dollars in free slot pay for new rewards members if you sign up with an email. They also serve free alcohol while you’re gambling, which is a huge plus for me. It’s hard to find that outside of Vegas. Pretty wide variety of slot and table games.

As a Landry's member and a 24k select member I am so very disappointed in this property. So much so that I will be contacting HR. This is obviously a dated property which is a non issue if the service was on point. I don't understand how a Landry property, (Tillman Fertita) could fall this low. The customer service and the facility itself are terrible. As a loyal Landry's select club member I love the Landry's brand. This location exclusively is. NOT IT. Jenny T should not be allowed to be a pit boss. The entire customer service experience is a pass for me which is amazingly rare for a Landry's product. I would sadly pass. The entire hotel is dated and extremely underwhelming. Hard Pass. Lake Charles is a fantastic location. I would love the opportunity to speak with Landry's rep to go over my experience. Casino had several machines to choose from. Hotel 10th floor hallway was freezing cold, room door was wore out hard to shut, phone didn't work, sliding glass door hard to open, balcony was nice. Bath tub was very old. Had an upgraded room and no fridge. Stayed at other casinos in the area that made this place look ran down. Over all a nice casino but not the best in town.
