I've been going here for seven years.. I spend over $100 every time I order. They have always been kind... not tonight! I guess calling a restaurant and asking to place an order renders extreme rudeness!!!! I won't be going here anymore!!!!! Instead of finishing my order, I told him nevermind. Treat me like a burden, lose my business. Rude! Rude! Rude!! Update: we went to Men at Wok and spent $200. There they're super friendly and had good food. Will be my new go to spot.

Tried ordering on the phone and the dude was wicked rude, commenting on my choices and acting like the call was a waste of his time. I asked to speak to the manager, I explained what happened because I don’t want this place to close due to the towns response to the new guy, she kept asking what I wanted to order then hung up on me when I said that’s not why I’m trying to talk with you and explained again that he is running the place to the ground. Very sad as I loved the Ming! :(

That kid at the desk is wild. Beyond rude, making inappropriate comments about my order. Hung up on him mid order, will not be ordering there again. Have been going there for years ever since he’s been there myself and many others have zero desire to order anymore

I've been going here since they first opened, even during Covid. Today, placed an order by phone. Got there, one item was missing. Person at the counter said it was his fault. OK, thanks for taking responsibility. I was then told by the owner that there were no green peppers to make the dish. So I got it with just onions since I had people to feed at home and had already made the trip. Ordered chicken fried rice. Was given plain fried rice. Literally nothing in it. The rest was just bland. For the money, it should have been perfect. Sadly, will never order from there again. Wish them luck in the future, but really, do better.
