Customer Reviews
My go to Chinese Restaurant. Their food is very good, fresh and well prepared most of the time (compliments to the cook). When it wasn't, I spoke to the people taking my order to ensure it is next time around and they very much made it right. Good portions, good prices and the people taking the order are very nice, polite and professional. Does not get any better in the area from all the other Chinese Restaurants I tried 👍🏼
I placed an order at 6:21pm and was told it will arrive 40 to 45 minutes. On a Friday that is acceptable. However, 1 hour later, I called the restaurant asking for a status on my order. The staff kept me on the phone for 20 mins trying to get in touch with the delivery driver, which they could not. Finally, while on the phone with the staff, the delivery driver arrives at 7:50pm. I asked why are you so late, and he says, "I was busy". As a discount, the restaurant offered a free egg roll on my next order. Clearly, unacceptable, and the food was cold upon arrival, they finally took $5.00 off the current order. The staff was not considerate enough to comp the current order or a future order. This shows the lack of respect they have for the community supporting their business. It is clear, when it comes to running a business, regardless of the cheap costs of ingredients to make Chinese food, they are not willing to be accountable for their poor customer service, to offer a fair monetary discount. A $5 discount is insulting and disrespectful to a once loyal customer of 2 years.
This is my first time here. We had to pick up dinner because there were no seating or dine in options. Please see the video. Not even a single chair or seat. Food was below average. All chicken dishes tasted same.
Well, last night I waited an hour and a 1/2 for my food then when it got here. I ordered a 1/2 of chicken and porkFried Rice and what I got was half a burnt chicken, okay. The rice was decent, but the chicken was horrible, so I called back the next day and explained, what kind of food I recived and the only thing they could tell me was. We could send you a soda. I spent $15.52 with these people and the only thing they could tell me is there's will give you a soda get real. And then when I explained my discontent with this person, I was speaking to the only thing she could tell me was. Oh well, we a small business if you was concerned about being a small business, this should have never happened so no I don't think they're a good restaurant at all.😠
I felt compelled to leave a review here so I can remember this place. I’m in sheer awe as I feel like I’ve found the worst tasting Chinese American restaurant. To preface, I’m a fan of these type of restaurants so I’ve been to maybe 17 different chinese American restaurants across different areas of the US. Also lots of various ghost kitchens on Uber east. Anyways I can definitively say this place has the worst food amongst everything I’ve tried and it’s not even close. I would describe the food as just wrong. The egg drop soup was intensely watery, the wonton inside it had too thick skin and shared the same consistency as rubber. There was also some anonymous meat stuffing inside which I couldn’t deduce what kind of meat it was because it just tasted so arcane. More akin to the taste of cardboard than meat. Not even gonna go in on the entree, just know this place missed on every food metric. Very friendly staff though I liked them they were nice. Honestly the only thing wrong with this place is that the food tasted inedible. I will acknowledge that some places are inconsistent and I somehow received the bottom of the barrel, still I’m appalled that they concocted something this revolting and sold it. No hate to this place on a personal level just leaving an honest review that this tasted really really bad food. I shared some with roomate and we revolted together I’m telling you we’ve never tasted anything like this.
