Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Well, I love going to Golden Corral. This particular one is in Omaha, Nebraska. They got hit by snow pretty good. The parking lot was kinda hard to see where the curbs were at. Everyone just parked wherever. Plenty of parking. The food was not hot or even close to being warm. The corn was overcooked, and the turkey was dry. Rooms were cold not warm. But the desert was good, salads were ok. Very attentive and friendly staff. The tables were cleaned as soon as people left. Clean bathrooms.

An employee in the kitchen came out eating pizza with hand. Didn’t use a utensil. Unsanitary! I should’ve taken a picture. The manager needs to do his job. And watch those employees. I’m will not going to visit this location ever. This location is going to end up closing. Due to poor management. The ladies restroom was filthy and nasty. Smells like sewage. The bathrooms need cleaning with Clorox and Disinfectant spray asap. I wonder how safe that food is now.

We had a birthday party. The party room was great and out of the way. The food and service was awesome!

Please justify to me why the music coming from the kitchen has to be so loud......not al your customers wanna hear that crap....so much for a peaceful and quiet dinner.....think of other...it's really not that hard... Decided to give it another try and it was worse then before...nobody obviously talked to the staff about the music..there and speaker blaring right by the food....not once was i offered a refill and for $3.70 thats horrible.....tables weren't cleaned in my area...the female manager never once asked anybody at any tables how was everything...if you as the owner aren't gonna hold your employees accountable then you have nobody but yourself to blame when this place is forced to close. It's not about just taking customers money...the experience for the customer needs to be remembered for them to return and right now it's not there

Not a bad place if you like eating with everyone else from the trailer park. Food was marginally okay, but there was a report to the staff about some people eating right off the buffet, gross! My wife loves the pot roast which is the only reason we ever go there.
