Our rice, while simple, is a testament to the hard work that goes into every dish—just $1 per bowl! And let's not forget our signature salmon head casserole, which has become a favorite among regulars for its rich, fatty texture and requires a bit of patience to enjoy.

We understand that the first impression is everything, so we've made it our mission to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Our restaurant may look unassuming from the outside, but once you step inside, you'll quickly realize why we're a neighborhood gem. Our commitment to quality extends beyond just the food. We believe in using fresh ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure that every dish we serve is not only delicious but also safe for our valued customers. Food was phenomenal, we tried the tea smoked duck, the salt and pepper chicken wings, and salt and pepper string beans. The salt and pepper chicken was AMAZING, chicken was juicy and well seasoned and it was hot and fresh. The duck was alright, but the string beans were delicious and well seasoned. Will be back! Solid home style food at a reasonable price. Steamed fish though pricier than other shops. 蒸鱼 贵些 但其他的菜都还好。 Green beans was great with fried and stir fry method, the shiitake mushroom added a nice savory flavor. Salmon head casserole 🥘- the reason why we return. Fatty and yummy, requires some patience and skill to eat. Mushroom mix - to balance out the meal with this light flavor. We loved it. Rice is hard per all Chinese restaurants that need overnight rice for fried rice. $1/bowl but they packed it 😂

I am from Shunde 顺德, Guangdong and this restaurant is legitimately my favorite Cantonese in Chicago and perhaps in the entire US. Yes the service could be busy but it has always been polite and as professional as they could be: they try their best to service you and you will not be rushed if there are diners waiting in line. It is also one of the cleanest chinese restaurants: no greasy table and super clean restroom. I love a lot of dishes and am a huge fan of their lunch specials. Seafood is definitely the freshest of Chinatown and quality has been consistent. Just get here early if you don't wanna wait. And try the millionaire fried rice. (also I love this place so much to the point that I am almost happy to see others giving 2 stars? like please don't come if it is not for you LOL more room for us)

We have been to Go 4 Food for over 3 years now, always carry out so we decided to give it a try and eat in the restaurant. Service was ok. Not a lot of attention given to tables, it wasn't just us. We Order on the device on the table and food is brought out to us. We had french fried beef, fried rice, beef fun noodle which is my favorite, and orange chicken. The beef and it always spectacular, it always is very fresh and flavorful. My daughter loves the French beef and she said it was the best she's had so far since we've been coming here. The fried rice was a bit on the salty side. The sauce came right on the orange chicken so by the time we were halfway through the meal it was a bit soggy and not crisp. The broccoli was done well. Overall five stars for the food!

Came for the tiktok reviews alot of people bragged about the crab Rangoon which is one of my favorite appetizers I always order. I was so disappointed it was overcooked and very oily and the inside was nearly empty of filling. The rest of the food we ordered was decent. The shrimp fried rice was definitely the best from we ordered it was loaded with shrimp. Overall it wasn't outstanding so I'd definitely wouldn't go back.
