About Ginza Ramen and Poke

Welcome to Ginza Ramen and Poke, a restaurant located at 19314 US-281 #104A, San Antonio, TX 78258, USA. While the platform category is Chinese Restaurant, our offerings include a diverse menu with a focus on Japanese cuisine, specifically ramen and poke bowls.

Customer experiences at Ginza Ramen and Poke have been varied. One recurring customer shared their recent experience trying the beef spicy ramen and crispy chicken katsu ramen. They noted that the ramen came with a large quantity of noodles but lacked sufficient broth. Despite requesting extra spice, the beef spicy ramen had no spiciness, and the broth and beef were described as too salty and dry, respectively. The spring rolls were likened to undercooked frozen ones. This customer advised against ordering extra ramen due to the large portion size and found the crispy chicken to be decent but lacking a spicy sauce.

In contrast, another customer had a highly positive experience with the poke bowl. They described it as a huge bowl with fresh fish and plentiful toppings, expressing their satisfaction and intent to return.

At Ginza Ramen and Poke, you can find a selection of dishes including various ramen options like beef spicy ramen and crispy chicken katsu ramen, as well as spring rolls. We also offer customizable poke bowls featuring fresh fish and a variety of toppings. For inquiries or orders, please contact us at (210) 490-2218 or +1 210-490-2218.

I've been here multiple times, today we tried the beef spicy ramen, crispy chicken to katsu ramen, spring rolls and the ramen comes with lots of noodles but not enough broth. I asked for extra spicy. It has no spice at all! And the broth was too salty and the beef also tasted dry and salty. The spring rolls tasted like frozen ones that were not cooked enough. Don't order extra ramen like I did, that was too much. The crispy chicken was decent but needed a spicy sauce.

Ginza Ramen is a great spot for anyone who loves ramen. The Grilled Chicken Ramen is amazing, with juicy, tender chicken and a rich, savory broth that’s just right. The Crispy Chicken Ramen is also fantastic, with crunchy, flavorful chicken that adds a nice texture to the dish. The dumplings are another highlight. They have a crispy outside and a tasty, juicy filling that makes them irresistible. Overall, Ginza Ramen offers delicious food in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely a place you’ll want to visit again and again.

Let me tell you... if you haven't had ramen or want a good bowl, you need to come here. We have tried others from the lower valley and this is truly better. First time here so if its your first time I'd recommend miso, their miso soup is awesome especially if your looking for a creamier broth. Shoyu ramen is less creamy but very bold if your into flavor. Their noodles are thinner, but oh mannn the ingredients used are fresh, the fish cake is sweeter which I enjoyed and the crunch from the ear mushrooms and beansprouts were the perfect touch of texture that complimented the bowl. That egg was so creamy and perfectly marinated, the pork nice and tender and my crispy chicken was a great addition to both add in my soup and dip in their homemade sauce which I loved, reminded me of a sweet and sour chicken. For the price your not going to leave mad or hungry. We had their Gyoza too for an appetizer, its like a chicken dumpling...mmm mm mmmm, the dipping sauce is more on the tart side but my husband liked that, I honestly loved it alone. Truly a staple location, we will come back when we are back in San Antonio. My husband demolished his, I took my time to enjoy it but either way we left happy and when we sat in the car we wanted nothing but to take a nap. Good feelings after a good bowl of ramen for sure, so thank you for an amazing meal☺️

This is my favorite place for poke! They are VERY generous with their portions and every time I have eaten here the food is fresh and tasty. Their ramen is also delicious.
