About Ginsoy Extreme Chinese

Ginsoy Extreme Chinese, located at 18321 W Airport Blvd Suite 109 in Richmond, TX, introduces local users to a distinctive style of Chinese cuisine influenced by Pakistani flavors. As a Chinese Restaurant, Ginsoy aims to bring a unique culinary experience to the area.

Customer reviews indicate a mixed but generally positive reception. Many appreciate the authentic taste of Pakistani Chinese food, with the street-style chicken corn soup being a highlight for some. The Chicken Chili Dry is also noted as tasty, especially when paired with their fried rice. For those familiar with Ginsoy in Pakistan and Canada, this Houston location aims to offer a similar experience.

However, some customers have pointed out areas needing improvement. The white hot and sour soup was described negatively by one reviewer, citing an extreme sour taste and a suspicion of spoilage. The dynamite chicken was considered okay but could benefit from smaller pieces. Service has also been a point of concern for some, with reports of slow drink orders, significant delays in food arrival (around 40 minutes), and instances of uncleaned utensils requiring replacement. One customer also mentioned a missing appetizer that was eventually removed from their bill after multiple inquiries.

The environment at Ginsoy Extreme Chinese has been described as loud and chaotic, particularly during busy times. This might be attributed to the restaurant being relatively new and adapting to a high volume of customers. Despite these issues, the food is recognized as having an authentic Pakistani style, and single servings are appropriately sized for small groups.

Ginsoy Extreme Chinese can be contacted at (713) 324-9090 or +1 713-324-9090. Customers are advised to consider the recent feedback regarding service and ambiance when planning their visit.

After a long time I got the taste and experience of Pakistani Chinese food. Their street style chicken corn soup was the best. Their white hot and sour soup was not good at all. It had an extreme sour taste and felt like something has gone bad in the soup. Their Chicken Chili Dry was tasty and it tasted better with their fried rice. Dynamite chicken was okay - they could have used rather smaller pieces. Overall it was a good experience - close to Ginosy in Pakistan. They could do better with taste and training the staff. The utensils were not clean. We had to ask for fresh silverware and bowl a couple of times.

Finally made it to Ginsoy. I have tried Ginsoy in Pakistan, Canada and finally now in Houston. We went on a Monday late evening and thankfully were seated right away. There was a large party on the other side of the restaurant so it was very loud and chaotic. It took a few minutes for our server to ask for drinks etc. You get a Fiji water bottle for $2 each. We ordered single servings of hot and sour soup, garlic friend rice, spicy schezwan chicken and beef chilli. They also served us complimentary crackers which was great. Soup came out pretty quickly and tasted yummy. The rest of the food took 40 mins to come and we had to inquire a few times from our server to check on the status. We were told that the kitchen was running behind. Anyways the chicken and rice were delicious. Chilli beef was a bit disappointing. Service can definitely be improved as I saw a family that never got their dynamite shrimp despite asking about it 4-5 times. In the end they just gave up and told the server to take it off the bill as they had finished their dinner and the appetizer never came. The environment was very loud and everything seemed chaotic. Hopefully this will get better as the restaurant is still new and getting used to the high influx of customers wanting to try it out. The food is definitely authentic Pakistani style so I enjoyed that. Single servings were perfect for a family of 3.

I'm seriously blown away by the taste! I'm from Pakistan, and I haven't found anything like Karachi's food since I arrived. When I heard Ginsoy opened in Houston, I was skeptical, but I went anyway. Weekends are insane - a two-hour wait! So I went on a weekday. And honestly? It was amazing. It's better than back home in Karachi. You absolutely have to try this place if you're in Houston.

We had an amazing experience at Ginsoy today. We were waiting from weeks to go but it was always full and no space. Finally today we got the table. The food was top notch. Every dish we ordered was super delicious and served hot. Hot and sour soup is outclass and mouthwatering. The service was extremely good. Our server was Hijar and she was so sweet and very professional. 10 stars for her. Please keep up this great service and the quality of food always. Thank you Ginsoy. We loved it. Pakistani Chinese food is back in town and we are so happy for that. The only one thing I would say can be improved is the restaurant was extremely crowded and noisy and tables are so close to each other. The space between the tables should be a little bit far. Overall great great food.

Trying to right this for them for so long. Simply the best Pakistani Chinese you can get in United States. And obviously bring back the memories of my home town Karachi Ginsoy! Every thing is great over here from atmosphere to food and service. Been here two times already and both of them time things are five star. Yes last year when they launched the wait time was more because of newly opened but now things are calmed and food is great! And don't forget to try mint drink also. I think its my one-time-in-2 months restaurant spot now!
