Ginger Beef Chinese Food

Ginger Beef doesn't really have an eating area, so it's difficult to judge the atmosphere. I'd argue that this location is for carry out and delivery only...and that's OK. I've ordered here three times and have had a quality experience all three times...thick chunks of white, hot food, abundant wonton in your soup order, and friendly service. I've ordered the almond chicken twice and find they use a modest amount of sauce and breading. You won't find yourself with huge mystery chunks of fried MSG or dry stalks of pulled meat. Again, this location is primarily a kitchen and pick up in the tradition of what you'll find in the city, corner carry outs. I've been disappointed that they have not had any half and half during my visits, so that's a goal that would help this location soar to higher levels. They also have great white rice, which can never be understated.

Usually the uglier the place, the better but I got a combo lo mien and they put dry chicken and like 3 pieces of shrimp. The other restaurants on the strip are better.

They have a good menu and good service. My favorite is the mabo tofu.

Food is okay. They're good with special orders. When you call in a order they tell you it'll be ready in 15 minutes. NOPE! It always take 25 minutes After you get there. It's freezing inside. I don't think they have heat!

Excellent Chinese restaurant. Very small, but certainly popular and busy. I tried for the first time last week and will definitely be back. Plus, they are open late, which is great for when I have to work late and want to pick up something tasty. The other Asian restaurants in the same center are also great, and I found Ginger Beef when browsing Google Maps to figure out where to eat lunch
