First time here and I’m here every week. Our waiter was chill and provided great service! Has great energy every time we go in! Hands down the freshest ingredients! Love love love!

This place is one of my favorite places to eat. I would wish they wouldn't charge $20 per bowl negate the bowls aren't that big, i say it should be $14.99 for a large, 12.99 for a medium and 9.99 for a small. The food is great but I caution you, they have a $5 rum drink but it's only$5 if you drink it there, don't get it to go or it will be close to$15, definitely not worth it. They put ours in a to go cup and charged us $15 even though we drunk it there and the manager refused to compensate us, so I caution you, he careful when you visit this location.

Leaving the server name out of it because the person taking my order was not the issue it was the people who put the To-Go together. I asked for steamed rice on the side and then get home and there is no rice on the SIDE nor was ANY ADDED to my bowl at all! I call the store and they tell me the kitchen is closed I called at 10:30 and google says they close at 11. The gentleman then tells me he will give my name to the manager so I can come get rice in the morning. Am I supposed to just not eat dinner and have this for breakfast tomorrow! This was $22 worth of food and they are telling me they would not give me a new bowl the next day and make it right. I haven’t been to ghengis in a few years and this just killed it completely. Unfriendly staff on the phone.

I Was Told By Employee & Manager “Evette” That I Could Not Grab & Vegetables Before My Protein. I Was Told it was company policy. So I asked her if she was true she then said it’s health department policy so she showed me a sign on the wall that didn’t state anything about health department. 🤦‍♂️ So then I asked her for the 3rd time and she said the it’s her rule?! 🤔 so do we not go off company policy’s now? She stated that people take too much food by doing it that way. So I’m a little confused. Anyhow I guess after 8 years of coming here our relationship with Genghis Grill (Mesquite) will come to an end. 😢 all over a non-policy. Evette if you are the store manager please get educated on your Do’s & Dont’s. Not to mention all my party & myself had ALL YOU CAN EAT! So not sure how her made up policy would make a difference of “A lot Of Food”??? Other things were said but I rather not write it here. I’ll be posting all the videos of our conversations.
