Gary’s Chinese Asian Bistro & Restaurant is a hidden gem that absolutely deserves the spotlight! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The food? Incredible! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The General Tso’s Chicken was crispy with just the right amount of spice, and the Lo Mein was packed with flavor. Don’t skip the dumplings—they are a must-try! What sets Gary’s apart is the authenticity and quality of the food, combined with a level of service that truly makes you feel like a valued guest. Place is so good I almost don't want to tell anyone because they'll always be busy when I come for food. This is the kind of place I remember coming to when I was younger for a nice Chinese dinner with the family. Cloth tablecloths, amazing service with refilling drinks and all around atmosphere is perfect. Food was prepared quickly at dinner even with the restaurant being half full of customers. Ordered general tso chicken and sesame chicken it had excellent flavor in both dishes. Food was worth the price in quality and portions size. Really well ran place just take a look around you will be impressed with your visit.

My review is actually 3.5 star, for the following reasons; PROS -Our waitress was very kind and friendly -Atmosphere was nice with good interior design choices CONS -I would’ve liked the food to be more authentic Chinese. It is high end Americanized Chinese food. -I am someone who likes salt however the soup and main dish was over salted. When I told the owner Gary, he said to tell the waitress that I prefer less salty, as if this was my personal preference. I would have preferred if Gary took the feedback to the kitchen and tried the food himself to see if it was overly salted. -The sweet-and-sour pork was over, battered, making it less crispy then it could be

So happy that Gary is back! Best food ever! Great space and atmosphere! We come here often because my mom is a Celiac and they make lots of gluten free options that are amazing! Everyone is so kind and they take great care of us and our allergies. Can’t say enough good things! Must try!

Amazing! So glad Gary came out of retirement. Amazing quality. The best food. Servers are timely and attentive. My favorite. I will drive the extra time to get there. Love love love!
