This could include digital ordering systems via tablets or personal devices, automated or robotic elements in food delivery or preparation (where permissible and practical), and seamless payment options. While maintaining the core principles of hospitality, Future likely aims to streamline processes to provide a more efficient and perhaps personalized dining experience. The staff would be trained to navigate and assist customers with these technological interfaces, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. The focus is on creating dishes that are not only delicious but also conversation-starters, reflecting the restaurant's name and forward-thinking approach.

Given its modern and potentially technologically integrated approach, Future might employ innovative promotional strategies to attract local users. This could include online-only discounts for reservations made through their website or app, social media contests featuring interactive elements, or collaborations with local tech influencers. They might also offer special introductory menus or early bird discounts to encourage new customers to experience their unique dining concept. Loyalty programs that reward repeat customers with exclusive offers or access to special events could also be part of their promotional strategy. The aim would be to leverage digital platforms and creative marketing to build awareness and excitement among the local Singaporean audience.

Based on its innovative concept, Future likely aims to attract a clientele that is open to new culinary experiences and appreciates a modern and perhaps technologically enhanced dining environment. This WAS my go to for yummy cheap take out. But sadly the last few times have been almost inedible. Lo mien so mushy and clumped together, could barely eat it, once I was able to separate enough to get a bite almost chocked. Tasted like was cooked in dirty burnt turkey grease. The broccoli in sauce was so overcooked, sauce was so oily, spicy but zero flavor. The spring rolls are still awesome, but how hard are those (premade and fried) to make. And skip the dip sauce is some sort of barely flavored brown dishwater (I use my own at home). Very sad. Waste of money these days is hard. Need a new GO TO. Help.

Ordered delivery, very happy with the portions and quality of food. Ordered the boneless bbq ribs combo along with fried wontons. Needed a little more sauce on the ribs but tasted very good and was hot. Had speedy service as well! I'll be ordering more from them for sure!

Had a very pleasant experience ordering takeout from them yesterday. Everyone was very nice both on the phone and in person, the food was ready quickly, and we enjoyed it. Very satisfied with the amount of food for the price - definitely call them to order vs using the third party ordering options.

Very good meal and portion size for the price! Everything was very hot and there was no reason to feel hungry afterwards. The chicken could have used a little more sauce but it was still very flavourful and egg rolls were nice and crispy. (You know if local police that know the city are eating there, it must be good to visit.)

Shrimp with lobster sauce, boneless honey spare ribs, cheese wonton (crab ragoon) is always delicious and healthy. The shrimp was super huge - almost like large tiger shrimps.
