Fusion 25

Ordered sushi to go. I ordered the Yellowtail jalapeño roll, which was good. Also ordered the spicy shrimp mango roll. It was delicious! This was my first time trying this kind of roll. Never had fruit in a roll before, so I was a bit hesitant. But it was one of the best rolls I've ever had! The restaurant is really nice. The young woman in the front was so kind. I'm definitely coming back to have a sit-down experience.

Went for NYE 2024 with a party of 11. The hibachi chef couldn't be more rude and miserable - I'm not sure why he has this job. We were never offered water when we sat down. Then when we finally asked for water it took 20 minutes. The hibachi chef splashed sizzling hot water on my husband because he was in such a rush. The most stressful dinner I've ever been to! We were rushed in and out in 1 hour. Waiters never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. I'm so irritated they included gratuity in their check - I would have left ZERO.

Where sushi dreams and Pan-Asian perfection collide. The rolls are fresh, the cocktails are dangerously good, and the vibe is modern chic. Sure, it’s not cheap, but quality never is. Pro tip: don’t skip the volcano roll—it’s worth the fireworks!

We went on a Friday night and it was packed. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Service was ok, they never came to check on us after the food came. Never asked us if we wanted another drink from the bar. But the food was excellent! Very fresh and delicious. Definitely would come back for the food

I've been to Fusion 25 twice already this year. In May my family and I dined there and had steak and seafood Hibachi, the kids enjoyed watching the show before the meal. It was a bit salty but overall good, so it's important to remind the chef to go easy on soy sauce. Today I ordered takeout sashimi platter, spicy roll combo and vegetable roll combo. All ingredients were fresh and delicious.
