Full House Chinese Restaurant

Was so disappointed in the food and service here. Chicken tasted like it was reheated. Egg rolls were cold on the inside. Didn't finish my food for fear of getting food poisoning! The lady at front was rude! Will never eat here again! Would give 0 stars if I could!

My fiance and I live right around the corner from here and absolutely love this little hole in the wall place, the people are sweet, the food is good, and I even got a photo of their updated hours to help anyone who needs it. This place is a little pricey but the amount you get is worth it completely.

I used to eat here several years ago when I worked up the street and haven't been back since I left.....wanted asian food so thought I'd stop by there got my order to go.... I am not a picky eater.... It smelled great.....got home ... looked good too.... Well, the egg rolls were so cold inside, they were crunchy on the outside but very cold on the inside and soggy..... couldn't eat them....i got 3, so, money wasted today i couldn't go back cuz they closed at 3pm .... took a big bite unfortunately had to spit it back out which is gross.... so disappointed..... the chicken in the moo goo gai pan seems like it might have been pre-boiled and added to a slurry broth.... the flavor was okay...but didn't like the texture of the chicken....rubbery.....more sad is the fried rice was undercooked....the rice was hard....rice should not be hard cant digest well.......... i ate the snow peas but the carrots were so soggy squishy..... the hot and sour soup tasted good but unfortunately it wasn't hot it was barely lukewarm and I don't live that far away so it couldn't have cooled off that much that quickly..... very disappointed I was so looking forward to going back there again.... I'm afraid this is my last trip. big sad face goes here

Last night we ordered almost $60 in take out. When we started eating we had to spit out food! It was inedible & disgusting. I called the restaurant and I told them I was going to bring everything back the next day. Today I return their food. They give me a little more than half my money back. The guy didn't quite understand what they did by selling us garbage. I was super polite but didn't even get an "I'm sorry." Just shortchanged! We will never order from here again. It used to be good. It's gone down the toilet for the last year or so. What happened?

It’s been a couple of years since we’ve been able to eat here, but when we went the other day…. UGH, nasty. The fried rice taste like freezer burn, nasty taste. The chicken in our meals, didn’t seem cooked, it was nasty. The fried cheese rangon, I can’t even describe the nasty taste. Bye, bye Full House, we will miss you, the old you, not the food we had the other day.
