However, the fact that it reopened at Amerige Heights Town Center in Fullerton implies a location within a modern and likely well-maintained shopping complex. This could suggest a comfortable and contemporary dining space. The cuisine at Full House Chinese Fusion Cuisine is the central feature, specializing in Chinese dishes prepared with a Korean twist. One reviewer, who fondly remembers a highly-regarded Korean-Chinese restaurant called Youngpoong, expresses that Full House offers a taste reminiscent of the Chinese food they used to enjoy in Korea. This strongly suggests that Full House fills a niche for those seeking authentic Korean-style Chinese flavors in the United States. The reviewer highly recommends the "sweet and sour pork (Tangsuyuk)," describing it as "the flower of Chinese cuisine" and praising the delightful combination of crispy fried pork dipped in a sour, sweet, glossy sauce. This dish appears to be a standout favorite among patrons who appreciate this Korean-Chinese classic.
Another popular dish mentioned is the "Black bean noodles (Jajangmyeon)." While the reviewer gives it a rating of three and a half out of five stars, indicating it is still a worthwhile offering, it suggests that it might not be their absolute top recommendation compared to the Tangsuyuk. Jajangmyeon is a quintessential Korean-Chinese noodle dish with a savory black bean sauce, and its presence on the menu further solidifies the restaurant's focus on this fusion style. Additionally, the "jampong" (spicy seafood noodle soup), another staple in Korean-Chinese cuisine, is described as "solid" by one reviewer, although they mentioned having had better elsewhere. This indicates that while it's a good option, it might not be their most exceptional dish. The same reviewer found the "tangsooyook" (another romanization of sweet and sour pork) to be "a bit dry" and "not as crispy" in their experience, providing a slightly contrasting opinion to the other reviewer's high praise. This suggests that the preparation of certain dishes might have some variability or that individual preferences play a role in the perception of these items.
Features of Full House Chinese Fusion Cuisine include its specialization in Korean-style Chinese cuisine, a menu featuring popular dishes like Tangsuyuk, Jajangmyeon, and Jjamppong, and a history of serving a clientele that appreciates this unique fusion. The strong recommendation for the Tangsuyuk as a must-try dish is a significant feature. The restaurant's relocation and reopening in Fullerton after a period of closure indicate a resilient business with a loyal customer base. The reviews highlight its appeal to those who have a specific fondness for the flavors of Chinese food as prepared in Korea.

It's hard to find a Chinese restaurant that suits Korean tastes in the United States. In the past, a Chinese restaurant called Youngpoong in Garden Grove, their food was the best in Orange County. But the taste of food has changed since the owner changed, so I don't go there anymore. Full House Fusion Chinese Cuisine (Chomanwon) first opened at Zion Market Mall in Buena Park, and the food tastes great, so I always went there for Chinese cuisine But somehow one day they suddenly closed the business and I was sad. :( About three years ago, Full House Fusion Chinese Cuisine reopened at Amerige Heights Town Center in Fullerton. The most recommended menu is sweet and sour pork (Tangsuyuk), the flower of Chinese cuisine. When you dip crispy fry in a sour, sweet, glossy sauce, it dances in your mouth. For Black bean noodles (Jajangmyeon), I would like to give three and a half out of five stars. Anyway, the cuisine here is great, especially for those who miss Chinese food they used to eat in Korea.
Their jjajangmyeon was great and jampong was solid. I thought ive had better jampong than theirs but besides that everything was good. Their tangsooyook was a bit dry in my opinion and not as crispy.
Polite, efficient, welcoming and helpful staff serving up good tasting and freshly made food. We thoroughly enjoyed our seafood soup and Chicken in Garlic sauce. We shall be back again !
If I can give a zero star review I would. First off, this place does not have the basics of running a restaurant. It might have been just today but that shouldn’t be a thing. Service was just terrible and I was expecting better. We had a waitress/busser/food runner lady show the lowest standard of service ever. She would constantly drop food and mummer “sorry”, hoping we would hear it. Throw chopsticks on the table when we asked for some. Drop plates onto the table, making it splatter everywhere. The guy that took our order left before we even finish ordering and we had grab him again to complete our order. Was never present at the table. The food was mediocre and poor. Pretty basic, no flavor and no presentation. They slapped an auto gratuity because we were a party of 7. Maybe that is why the service was so poor, but let me tell you something about restaurant business. You want people to come not the money. People bring money automatically. If all you think about are sales, and don’t provide good, basic services because you have auto gratuity, people will never come back. I am never coming back to this place. Train your people, learn the basics, and have integrity.
Fast and friendly service, mostly this Chinese restaurant is very clean. Jjamppong and Jjajangmyun are delicious. This place will be one of my favorite place to go.
