As a Chinese Restaurant platform, we aim to present a broad spectrum of opinions to help you understand different culinary options, even those abroad.

Customer reviews for Fuji Noodle House present a mixed picture. Some diners have had significantly negative experiences with specific dishes. One review described the Roujiamo as "disgusting and unpalatable," lacking taste, flavor, and condiments, with black and seemingly old meat. The crust was also reported to be stuck to the paper, cracked, and soaked in chili oil, leading to a strong recommendation against ordering it.

Another review was highly critical of the crispy pork, stating that the meat pieces were "as small as a toothpick" with only five pieces in total. The meat inside was described as black, hard, and having a peculiar smell, essentially being oily, hard-to-chew dough with smelly meat. The same reviewer also found the pork intestine portion to be small relative to the price, labeling it a "scam."

The braised beef noodle also received negative feedback from one customer who found it "very cheap and undercooked." The dish reportedly contained a minimal amount of white radish, and the green onions were not fresh. The soup base was likened to instant noodle condiments with excessive MSG, and the beef was just slices, leading the reviewer to feel cheated due to the lack of richness in the soup, noodles, and meat.

Conversely, another reviewer offered a more positive perspective, describing Fuji Noodle House as a "legit Chinese spot for noodle both soupy and dry, cold and hot." They highlighted the possibility of a quick meal and praised the "big portions" that satisfy noodle cravings without being expensive. This reviewer also mentioned that the noodle mains are generously filled, reminiscent of home cooking, which they found comforting, especially on cold days.

1-The Roujiamo was so disgusting and unpalatable, there is no taste, no flavour, no condiments, the meat was black and not fresh at all. Moreover, The crust was all stuck to the paper,it was cracked, and was soaked with chili oil, I strongly don’t recommend anybody order it. 2- The crispy pork meat was as small as a toothpick, and there were only five pieces in total. The meat inside was black, hard and had a bit of a peculiar smell. So, basically, it was just oily hard to chew dough with smelly meat.furthermore, the pork intestine also just contain 5 small pieces and they just a lot, this is a scam. 3-The braised beef noodle were very cheap and undercooked, there was only half a slice of white radish, and green onions wasn’t fresh. the soup base was flavoured as instant noddle condiments with a lot of MSG, the meat was just some beef slices, overall felt cheated, this can't be called braised beef noodle, there is no richness in the soup, noodle and meat.

Legit Chinese spot for noodle both soupy and dry. Cold and hot. You can eat fast and be on your way. Big portions satisfies your deep noodle cravings without breaking the bank. The noodle mains are packed to the brim inside each bowl, reminiscint of your imaginary Chinese grandma's home cooking, which warms the hearts of people on a cold winter's day.

Heavily flavoured spicy noodle soups. If you don’t like spicy, this is not your place. The crispy pork is super good. It’s strips of pork deep fried in crispy batter. Very nice. Non spicy broth is just water with MSG. Don’t bother. But the spicy options are wonderful! Choose wisely 🤭

Service is slow. Only one person serving. Food came out so late, maybe only one cook in the kitchen too. Ordered Dan dan noodle and Fuji signature noodles. Very little meat, maybe 1/2 table spoon of meat in Dan dan noodle. No taste and no spice. We have to add soy sauce and chilli oil. Noodle like spaghetti.Only very little coriander leaves .Very disappointed. Fuji signature noodles is a bit better. I asked for numbing peppercorns but there is no taste of it. Meat also only a little. Popcorn chicken came out after we finished eating noodles. If it came out together while we are eating the noodles maybe it will be better. At least we have meat to eat with the noodles. Popcorn chicken is to chunky and not seasoned. Only the batter has the seasonings, but a bit too sweet for our liking. They put sugar on the topping. My first and last here.

Not my usual food scene but had an itch for cold noodles when I saw the sign outside. Itch scratched. The chili oil was not too spicy, which was good for me. We also got one of the regular noodle soups and that bowl was massive. Definitely good value here. One interesting thing is that I ordered chicken as an add-on to my cold noodles and was expecting pulled chicken since it didn't say on the menu but instead they gave me popcorn chicken. Also my partner noted that maybe they should have used a different technique for his pork in the noodle soup since the batter got all soggy but was tasty nonetheless.
