About Fuji China

Welcome to Fuji China, a Chinese restaurant located at 4001 Widewaters Parkway in Knightdale, North Carolina. As a Chinese restaurant serving the Knightdale community, Fuji China primarily offers takeout services, providing a range of standard Chinese-American dishes for local customers.

Recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the experiences at Fuji China, highlighting significant issues with order accuracy, food quality, and customer service. One customer recounted a particularly negative experience when placing a simple takeout order on a Friday afternoon. They ordered two servings of chicken wings and two orders of house fried rice, totaling $29. Upon arriving home, they discovered that they had been given the wrong order. Immediately calling the restaurant, they were reportedly advised rudely that they would receive a callback. After waiting 20 minutes, the customer called back to inform the restaurant that they were returning to get the correct order. Upon their return, they were allegedly greeted rudely again. When the customer asked the female owner not to raise her voice at them for a mistake made by the restaurant, the owner reportedly yelled again. The customer responded in the same tone, demanding the food they had ordered and paid for, with the receipt as proof. While the customer noted that the restaurant processed their card payment without any issues, they pointed out a language barrier and a need for improved customer service. Regarding the food itself, the customer described it as merely "ok" and "nothing to write home about," concluding that this would be their first and last time patronizing Fuji China, expressing their strong dissatisfaction with a series of angry emojis.

Another customer's review was even more scathing, stating that they would give the place zero stars if possible, describing it as "the most disgusting Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life!" This reviewer claimed to have thrown their order out after just one bite. They ordered General Tso’s chicken and a fried chicken combo. The review included a photo allegedly showing the food, with the customer pointing out a lack of actual chicken and "just a whole bunch of breading!" Additionally, they described the broccoli as brown and appearing to have been sitting in "chicken juice for days." This customer emphatically warned others not to eat from Fuji China, repeating their strong recommendation. They also noted that the lady at the front was rude to the customer before them, indicating a potential pattern of poor customer service.

Considering these two recent reviews, there are serious and consistent concerns raised about Fuji China. Both customers reported negative experiences with customer service, one citing rudeness from the owner and the other mentioning rudeness from the front staff. Furthermore, both reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the food quality. One found the food to be mediocre and the order incorrect, while the other described it as "disgusting," highlighting issues with the proportion of breading to chicken and the apparent staleness of vegetables. These accounts suggest significant shortcomings in both the operational efficiency (order accuracy) and the culinary standards of Fuji China.

Information regarding the environment of Fuji China is limited to its location in a strip mall. Neither review provided any details about the interior ambiance, cleanliness, or overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The focus of both reviews was primarily on the negative aspects of the food and service, overshadowing any potential observations about the physical space.

The services offered by Fuji China include takeout, as indicated by both customer reviews describing their experiences with to-go orders. The first reviewer's attempt to rectify the incorrect order suggests that they do have a process for handling mistakes, albeit one that was perceived as rude and inefficient. The second reviewer did not mention any interaction beyond the initial order and the alleged rudeness of the front staff.

Features of Fuji China are difficult to ascertain positively based on the provided reviews. The first reviewer found the food to be just "ok," while the second described it as "disgusting." The high proportion of breading to chicken and the discolored broccoli mentioned in the second review suggest a potential issue with ingredient quality or food preparation. The negative interactions with staff, including alleged rudeness and yelling from the owner, are significant negative features highlighted by the customers.

Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided customer reviews. To learn about any current specials, discounts, or new menu items at Fuji China, it is recommended to contact them directly via phone at (919) 217-8568 or +1 919-217-8568. However, given the overwhelmingly negative recent feedback regarding food and service, potential customers might approach with caution.

In conclusion, the recent customer reviews for Fuji China in Knightdale paint a concerning picture. Both reviewers reported negative experiences with customer service, including rudeness from staff. Additionally, the food quality was heavily criticized, with one customer receiving an incorrect order that was deemed mediocre, and the other describing their meal as "disgusting" due to a lack of chicken and the poor condition of vegetables. These issues raise significant red flags for potential customers. Based on this limited but strongly negative feedback, it would be prudent for local users to exercise caution when considering Fuji China for their Chinese takeout needs.

On a Friday @ 4pm decided to grab takeout. Simple order: 2 order of chicken wings & 2 House-fried rice, $29. She handed me the wrong order, discover when I got home. Immediately call and was rudely advised I would receive a call back. Returned call again 20 min later to let her know I was returning, for the correct order. I was rudely greeted, and I asked the female owner not to raise her voice at me for a mistake on her part. She immediately yelled again. So I responded in the same tone by demanding the food I ordered and paid for, with receipt in hand. She knew how to charge a card, with no problems but the language barrier and customer service needs work. Foods was ok. Nothing to write home about. 1st and last time there for me 😡😤🤬🙄

If I could, I would give this place zero stars because it was the most disgusting Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life! I threw it out after the first bite! I ordered General Tso’s and the fried chicken combo. As you see in the photo, there’s no chicken, just a whole bunch of breading! The broccoli was so brown, it looked like it’d been sitting out in the chicken juice for days! Don’t eat from here, I repeat, DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD! Oh and the lady up front was rude to the gentlemen before me!

Have tried a bunch of Hibachi pleaces in the triangle but have never tried fuji before, And let me just say lmao I will NOT be back here. If you want the Hibachi Chicken Go elsewhere, $13 for a huge plate of rice with 7 little pieces of chicken? I was excited when the guy handed me the bag until i got home to find out that its only because 90 percent of it was rice, smh

I recently dined at Fuji Chinese, and it was one of the best Chinese food experiences I’ve had! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was friendly, and the food was simply outstanding. The highlight of my meal was the sweet and sour chicken—it was perfection! The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. It came with a side of sweet and sour sauce and it was so good. A plus is that the portion size was also very generous. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing Chinese cuisine!

This is, without a doubt, my favorite Chinese restaurant! I first discovered this gem a few years ago and, despite sampling Chinese food from numerous other places since then, nothing comes close to the quality and flavor they deliver. Not only is their Chinese cuisine outstanding, but their Hibachi offerings are equally impressive. My go-to order is the Hibachi Chicken, which strikes the perfect balance of tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and flavorful rice. The portions are generous enough to provide two satisfying meals, making it an excellent value as well. If you’re searching for the best Chinese food in the state, look no further—this is the place to go!
