Called to asked if the wonton soup has pork in it the guy on the phone just wouldn’t answer the question. He asked if I wanted a small or large . I told him I was interested but it depends if it has pork in it. He then said nothing then said do you want the soup ? I said do it have meat in it ? He clearly didn’t speak English but he ended up hanging up on me because he didn’t understand . I’m not sure how they run a business like that not understanding what people are saying . The food looked great online and I would’ve purchased but that was a bad phone call

Made a doordash order for spare rib tips and plain rice and they gave it to me without rice when i called they said i should’ve payed the extra two dollars for fried rice. This is honestly ridiculous

I've never been to the store (I can't speak to the atmosphere) but I have been ordering regularly for a while now. The fried chicken wings (whole wings) are the best thing ever. I don't even like fried chicken fr, but the meat falls off the bone and the batter they use is perfectly seasoned. It's nothing too crazy which I like but it's still crunchy and they're equally good cold as leftovers. I've also tried the "plain broccoli" (it comes in a brown sauce), veggie fried rice, veggie egg roll, and steak roll. They use fresh broccoli every TIME and you can tell it is not frozen, they cook it a little al dente which is nice cause I hate when it's waterlogged or soggy with the sauce. They used fresh veggies in the veggie fried rice and cook everything perfectly. Their homemade ice tea is bomb and the container came NOT sticky/not spilled which in my experience always happens when you get it delivered if its not wrapped in plastic. super fast and accurate w the delivery orders. a+ on everything. 10/10 recommend.

The food is delicious and they are very speedy with packing orders. As a long time customer, they have always been kind to me, and also kind to others who may not deserve it. I will continue to frequent this establishment although it is in a rough neighborhood. They cannot help that the economy and government is failing the community. Please help support this establishment by ordering!

I’ve been doordash ordering dinner for two from Fu Man Lou for over 2 years. They have always been quick, reasonably priced, and consistent quality. They make the best crab Rangoon in the city, it’s that perfect star shape and filled to the seams with seasoned cream cheese
