Freedom Brothers Pizzeria and Alehouse

My boss has raved about this place for years, and now me and my husband are hooked!!!! We’ve only been here twice so far, and already looking forward to our third. Their pizzas are to die for! Great dough which is light and fluffy, and they don’t sit like a brick in your stomach. Flavors are spot on, and they use very fresh ingredients. And the atmosphere is amazing! It has a rock n roll dive bar feel with a great crowd and friendly staff. Plus a great selection of drinks! Highly recommend anyone looking for a good pizza joint to check this place out! 10/10 ❤️🤩❤️🍕🍕🍕

I order take out from here regularly but it really can be hit or miss. I am disappointed because it can be 50/50 on what you get. Sometime you get no side at all or crumbs for chips as you can see in these photos… Also with the side salad no dressing was provided for it. I’ll have to start checking the food before I leave the store when I pick it up.

A very welcoming place with great servers and delicious pizzas. By the tv’s with a huge variety of songs. I highly recommend.

I got a chance to try Freedom Brothers Pizza on recent trip to Plainfield. Service was great, the pizza was ready in time. Managed to order one of their Detroit style pizzas (apparently they only make them on certain days) and a personal size pizza (the Iggy). Both were great, probably favoured the Detroit style more. The sauce was good, rich and well seasoned. The toppings were a good amount as was the cheese. The crust was nice and crispy on the edges. The personal pizza could have been cooked a little longer and could have sliced the Soppressata a little thinner. The crust was nicely flavoured and had a nice airy taste. Overall both great pizzas and great service. Definitely check out Freedom Brothers Pizza if you are in the area.
