Excellent place. Customer service was the best. They made you feel like you are the most important customer. Can't wait to go in the spring. The outdoor patio with the lake in the back sets a mood of relaxation and good food. The only issue was that because of the size of our party we were given a limited menu. The waitress asked, "you were not told that large parties have a limited menu when you made the reservation?" NO! They took my name and how many in my party. Some adjustments were made by the staff to accommodate our party but know if you want their full menu keep your party small. ILL BE BACK!!

I visited this restaurant on March 15th with my mom, dad, and cousin. I was from out of town, and my parents were celebrating their anniversary. It was a busy night, but the service was good. My only gripe was my server. He was slightly dismissive when I tried to get his attention and spoke to me as if I were unintelligent. The man is older with an accent. Although I don’t remember his name, I still left a nice tip. Overall, the food was good. I had a steak with a Caesar salad, side shrimp, and the mini beef Wellingtons.

Everything was excellent! 40 oz Tomahawk, Skewered Shrimp, Beef Wellington, Clam Chowder, Mixed Salad, Crab Stuff Mushrooms. loaded baked mashed potatoes, Steak was carved(medium rare)at the table! Presentation was it!! We will be returning, their's so many other items we want to try.

Decided to visit Franks again just a s a second chance. We ordered oyster Rockefeller, grilled oysters and greek chicken. The oysters were dry and over cooked (very poor quality). The Greek chicken was bland and mediocre. On this particular night the restaurant was busy and perhaps under staffed. I can say that my waiter Xaivier did great job. Also it took well over an hour to receive our meals. Try at your risk!

We are no strangers to Franks. We went there last night to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and the experience did not disappoint. We sat upstairs which was a 1st fir us but non the less we wnjoyed ourselves.we both ordered the special which was a coffee crusted ribeye with mashed potatoes and gravy, a greek salad and we started with the fried green tomatoes which was also a special. I opted for the greek lemon potatoes with my meal. Our waitress, Zara, was kind and knowledgeable. Another great evening.
