About Four Seasons Diner

Four Seasons Diner, located at 4215 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102, USA, positions itself within the Chinese Restaurant platform category but appears to specialize in authentic USese cuisine alongside more general Chinese dishes. Customer reviews present a somewhat divided opinion on the overall quality, with significant praise for specific USese offerings.

The environment is not explicitly described, but the positive comments about the staff being super friendly and the ability to converse in Mandarin suggest a welcoming and potentially authentic cultural atmosphere. The service is highlighted as excellent by one reviewer.

A key feature of Four Seasons Diner is its authentic USese menu items. The soup dumplings (xiaolongbao) receive high praise for being juicy with thin wrappers and delicious soup inside. The beef pancake is also noted as yummy and authentic. Another standout dish is the spicy mix of beef tendons, pig ears, pig stomach, and pressed tofu, described as amazingly impressive with a perfect balance of heat and sweet dark vinegar. These dishes suggest a focus on genuine USese flavors and preparation.

However, not all dishes received positive feedback. One reviewer found the scallion pancake and xiaolongbao to be bland and the unsweetened soy milk to taste awful even after adding sugar. This indicates potential inconsistencies in the menu or varying preferences among customers.

For local users in Las Vegas seeking an authentic USese culinary experience, Four Seasons Diner seems to offer some exceptional dishes, particularly the soup dumplings, beef pancake, and spicy mix. The friendly, Mandarin-speaking staff also adds to its appeal. However, it might be wise to consider the mixed reviews on some of the more standard Chinese fare. An average chinese eatery. I do not recommend scallion pancake and xiaolongbao (steam dumpling) which taste bland. Their soy milk come without sugar so you have to add sugar to own preference which still taste awful.

This place is amazing!!!! It is a very authentic Taiwanese restaurant! The soup dumplings were so juicy and tasted so good. The wrappers were so thin and I could see the soup inside. The beef pancake was also yummy and authentic. The spicy mix beef tendons, pig ears, pig stomach, and pressed tofu was amazingly impressive. With just the perfect heat from the spicy oil and balanced with the sweet dark vinegar, everything in this dish was delicious. I wish my friend and I could eat more, because we wanted to order more food from the menu. We will definitely go back when we go to Vegas next time. The staffs there were super friendly too. we were so glad that we were able to speak in Mandarin with the staffs there.

Came here for lunch on Tuesday. Tried the Taiwanese sausage plate. It was ok, fairly authentic but nothing special. They got a friends order wrong and completely missed another's order. The sliced beef appetizer was the best out of all the food. Service was soso, didn't get water refill. As others have said tip was pre-added to bill so don't double tip. Overall below average.

I got the chicken leg with rice meal because 3 cup chicken was going to take 25 minutes to prepare. Chicken leg meal was not great, dry and bland. However, judging by the side dishes that came with the rice I'm pretty sure their other items are probably pretty good. Will have to try them again.
