About Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant

Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant, located at 14735 Bratton Ln Suite 255 in Austin, Texas, serves as a local Chinese restaurant offering a range of dishes to the surrounding community. They can be contacted at (512) 251-0827 or via their mobile number, +1 512-251-0827. Based on recent customer reviews, the restaurant presents a mixed experience, with positive remarks regarding service and delivery speed contrasted by concerns about food quality and value.

One aspect that received positive feedback is the service. One reviewer who had a negative experience with the food still noted that the service was "pleasant." Another customer who recently moved to the area and tried their delivery service described it as "kind and fast." This suggests that Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant prioritizes customer interaction and efficiency in their delivery operations.

The speed of food delivery and service was also highlighted. One dine-in customer mentioned that the food came out "extremely fast," which, while convenient, also raised concerns about whether the dishes were freshly prepared. A delivery customer also noted the fast service, indicating that the restaurant is efficient in fulfilling orders.

However, the quality of the food appears to be a significant area of concern for several reviewers. One customer who visited during lunchtime ordered a special that included a hot dish with rice, a spring roll, and soup. They chose the wonton soup but were disappointed to receive only a piece of noodle and broth, with no wontons present. This lack of a key ingredient in a signature soup is a notable issue. Furthermore, this reviewer described the overall food as "honestly terrible," with the soup being the only item that tasted "decent." The speed at which the food arrived led to speculation about pre-preparation and concerns about potential food safety.

Another customer who ordered delivery had a similarly underwhelming experience with specific dishes. The "orange chicken" was described as being "more gooey batter pieces in orange sauce" with an imbalanced ratio of batter to chicken. This customer, who prefers a crispier chicken in a spicier sauce, found the dish to be "generally okay" but not to their personal preference. They also noted that their child described the "sesame chicken and egg fu yung" as "mid," which they understood to mean just okay. These comments suggest that some of Four Seasons' popular Chinese-American dishes may not meet the expectations of all customers in terms of texture and flavor profiles.

In terms of value, one delivery customer mentioned that "the amount for the cost is great," suggesting that the portion sizes are satisfactory for the price. However, this positive aspect was somewhat overshadowed by the quality of the dishes. Another point regarding value was raised concerning the pricing of beverages, with an 8oz can of Sprite being sold for $2.00, which the customer felt was high given the small size.

Based on the limited reviews, there is no specific information available regarding the environment or ambiance of the dine-in experience at Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant, beyond the pleasant service noted by one customer. Similarly, there are no mentions of any specific features that set the restaurant apart, such as unique dishes or a particular dining style, other than the apparent focus on efficiency and speed of service.

Currently, there is no information provided about any promotional offers, discounts, or special menus that Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant might be running. Local users interested in such information would need to contact the restaurant directly via phone or inquire when placing an order.

In summary, Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant in Austin, Texas, offers fast and kind service, both for dine-in and delivery. While one customer found the portion sizes to be generous for the cost, there are significant concerns raised about the quality and preparation of several dishes, including the wonton soup, orange chicken, sesame chicken, and egg fu yung. The speed of food delivery and arrival, while convenient, has also led to questions about freshness. The pricing of beverages was also noted as potentially high. Local users considering Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant should weigh the positive feedback on service and delivery speed against the reported issues with food quality and value of certain items. It may be prudent to inquire about the preparation methods and ingredients of specific dishes when ordering.

The food was honestly terrible. We visited during lunchtime and ordered a special that included a hot dish with rice, one spring roll, and soup. We chose the wonton soup, but all we got was a piece of noodle and broth—there were no wontons at all. The soup was the only thing that tasted decent out of everything we tried. The food came out extremely fast, which was strange and made us wonder if it had been prepared in advance. Hopefully, we don’t end up with food poisoning. The only thing we liked was the service, which was pleasant

just moved to the area. tried local the amount for the cost is great. the delivery kind and fast. my food did come hot. the orange chicken was more gooey batter pieces in orange sauce. the ratio of chicken to batter very off balance. the dish generally okay. I guess I'm used to a crispier chicken in a spicier orange sauce. Just my personal preferences. I gave four stars because they operated well. I just wish my crispy chicken was crispy not batter blobs. my kiddo ordered the sesame chicken and egg fu Yung he said they were "mid" I'm told that means just okay. oh and it 2.00 for an 8oz can of sprite. whew. I should have read the size first. wont order again but hope they keep on keepin on.

This little restaurant is walkable from our house and is a family favorite. We’ve never been served anything but kindness, care and delicious food. It’s a smallish laid back atmosphere and really good food. Dinner costs about $15 pp with soup and plenty of leftovers for the next day. Definitely one of our favorites!

Wonderful food and friendly staff! I have been here twice now and it was excellent both times. We dined in and I enjoyed the four seasons chicken and an order if crab puffs. Both were excellent. My husband had hunan beef and my son had lo mein nd an order of beef kababs and all were delicious. We liked it so much we had to go back! We also tried the jalepeno, which was very flavorful but not overly spicy! Egg drop soup and egg rolls were also great. My only complaint is that it's too far from house to go every day!

The waitress that served us seemed to be irritated that we were even there. I ordered beef and snowpeas which is one of my favorite dishes...but not here. The sauce was extremely salty and the rice was dry. I ate because I walked 1.2 miles to get here, I will not do that again. Poor food and poor service is a hard pass from me. If you like this restaurant feel free to have my share of anything they serve.
