Ford's Garage Westchase

A week or so ago, I had table service and Julian was our server. He gave us plenty of time, provided amazing service, the food was served nice and hot and the food tasted fresh. Today when I visited to place my order and pick it up, Santiago greeted me and took my order. He was kind and friendly, double checked my order and provided great customer service. He made sure everything was in the bag and that we had condiments as well. I love coming to Ford's Garage because the food is great and the service is amazing. We've had amazing service sitting at the bar, at a table or when picking up our order. See you soon. The ribs were great! We only wish the Mac & Cheese was piping hot.

This is a must on your Tampa places to eat list. The atmosphere from outside to in is 20/10!! From the old Ford's and gas pumps outside, the hose clamp napkin rings to the tire sink in the bathrooms! We loved the cold stone slab running around the bar to keep your drinks cold! The food was sooo good. We had the pretzel bites with bacon beer cheese.. those pretzels are salty bites of heaven! Burgers were cooked to perfection and the sweet potato tots and dipping sauce... the best!! Kayla served up great drinks and service behind the bar. Can't ravens enough about this place!!!

Over the last two years I have eaten at this restaurant about 2-4 times/month. The service has always been fantastic. I have had great food here, and I have also had some of the worst meals I have ever had here. The variably in the quality of food here is wildly inconsistent. Generally, the food dining in is great, but be wary of online orders and orders to go. For some reason, the food ordered to go is almost always undercooked. The last 3 burgers I ordered were ordered as medium, but were almost raw. This is typically not discoverable until I return home. Honestly, the staff and atmosphere is great, especially since they have been accommodating in the past, but they make too many mistakes and it becomes burdensome to deal with so many issues with the food quality. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

Big recommendation!!! This was my second time here. Both times, Jeff was our guy!! Cool dude! Food is phenomenal🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 I’m not from here but if I do come visit again, I will definitely be back here.

Jeff was a really cool bar tender. He made the experience fun and was on top his game the whole time. Great job sir. I will be back.
