About Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet

Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet, located at 11420, 150 East Fwy 1-10 Suite, Jacinto City, TX 77029, USA, is a Chinese restaurant offering a buffet experience. You can reach them at (713) 451-8880 or +1 713-451-8880.

According to one customer, the restaurant boasts a wide selection of fresh, hot food across numerous carts. The variety includes pizza, seafood, wings, and desserts, alongside soups, fish, and crab legs (to go). The environment is described as beautiful with ample booth seating, and there is even an arcade area for children. The service was highlighted as excellent, with attentive staff consistently refilling drinks and clearing plates.

However, another customer reported a negative experience concerning the food temperature and interaction with the manager. This review detailed an issue with cold food, a misunderstanding regarding a special request, and a subsequent confrontational exchange with the manager regarding feedback.

Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet appears to be a spacious buffet restaurant with a diverse range of food options and additional features like an arcade. While one review praises the food and service, another indicates potential inconsistencies in food temperature and customer service interactions with management. Local users may want to consider these contrasting experiences when deciding to visit.

You gotta come here and try it! You won't be disappointed at all. We came for dinner around 4 pm and it wasn't packed but there was plenty of people eating. There is so many food carts full of hot fresh food. They have so much you better bring your appetite with you. They have excellent pizza , seafood , wings and desserts . They have plenty of soups, fish and have crab legs to go. They have everything even an arcade area for the kids! It's beautiful inside the place and plenty of booths to sit down to enjoy your meal. The service is excellent from the time we walked in to the time we left. They kept refilling our drinks , taking empty plates away and checking to see if we needed anything. I really enjoyed eating here and definitely marking this as the best buffet in Houston so far. Excellent staff and excellent food! The place is beautiful and definitely full of delicious fresh food.

I tried to ask the manager (JOE) about the food being a little cold. He tells me he’s going to go bring me food from the kitchen as a courtesy. I asked him to bring me a bbq chicken and asparagus and he tells me no problem I’ll bring it. He proceeds to go to the buffet mix the orange chicken And bring some from the bottom of the pan. I didn’t ask for orange chicken but he brings me a plate. And then asks me to try it. Again it’s LUKE warm at best. Then just leaves. It’s like He forgot about what he said he was going to bring me And just thought i wouldn’t notice the difference. I was very kind and polite and was still disappointed. And then explains to me how i should grab form the bottom of pan. So it’s my fault . I told him okay and was ever upset that he thought this was a solution. Mind you im here at 11:40 When I’m leaving he comes to me and says is there a problem? I just show him the review and he says i need to delete it because im lying and i quote “a trouble maker” . I told him look i don’t care about all of this i just want to pay Then he screams at me when i am trying to pay. I ask him to lower his voice and he says no and continues to shout at me. I then leave away from him and tell him don’t speak to me and let me pay. He proceeds to argue with me in front of the whole server staff And said he is going to call the cops. I demand him to make me pay and leave i finally raise my voice and make him pay me so i can leave he would not let me leave. The older lady that’s a buster was trying to calm him down but the man was too angry. I smiled told him god bless you and left.

Having been a regular patron at the Flaming Grill Buffet and Grill in Manville, NJ, my expectations were understandably high as I ventured into their Houston establishment. However, my recent visit was not only a letdown, but a stark reminder of how inconsistent franchises can be across different locations. Upon entering, I was greeted by a picturesque water fountain which added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. The staff, friendly and welcoming, further made a positive first impression. Lighting and the ambiance was great. Regrettably, this was where the favorable aspects of the visit ended. As a sushi enthusiast, it was disheartening to find the sushi bar at the front closed, with the staff redirecting me to the back where the hibachi station was located. The hibachi grills were noticeably neglected, hinting at a long period of disuse. The sushi served was lackluster at best, devoid of freshness and tasted as dry as cardboard. The food labeling was another area of concern. A number of labels were not in English, making it challenging for non-Chinese speakers to decipher what was on offer. The few labels that were in English lacked accuracy, suggesting a clear lack of attention to detail. Additionally, several food containers were only partially filled despite our lunchtime visit, raising questions about the freshness of the food. The crab rangoon/wonton, a dish I typically relish, was a disappointment as well. The food, in general, had an air of negligence, as if it had been prepared with little to no regard for quality or taste. The flaws witnessed during my visit were not only related to the food but also to the overall management of the establishment. The Houston branch could greatly benefit from some hands-on training from their Manville counterparts, who have evidently mastered the art of buffet-style dining. In conclusion, my visit to the Flaming Grill Buffet and Grill in Houston was unfortunately a forgettable experience. The pleasant exterior and courteous staff were overshadowed by the subpar food quality, inadequate labeling, and questionable management practices. For now, it seems that my love for Flaming Grill Buffet and Grill remains exclusive to their Manville, NJ, location.

I haven't been here in a minute. But every time we come it's always good food. Great service and our waitress was on top of her game. Jenny was her name. Definitely will be coming back.

I arrived about 7:00 some areas were closed down, the chocolate fountain was closed and not cleaned yet. Some of the food looked old. The sushi was fresh and tasty. The fried rice was great.glass between 2 seating areas was broken with just a sign saying do not touch the glass. People were still seated in the booth. All of the food that I sampled was good. 20.00 for buffet and a soda.
