Five Spice Kitchen

I have a thing for lunch specials at Asian restaurants. You know those combos with the soup, eggroll, choice of rice AND the main dish. Often, they’re grungy places with foam plates. I’m telling you 5SK has a small but tasty lunch menu with all the above fixin’s! The eggdrop soup was good to the last drop. The eggroll was perfect with what seemed like house made sauces. Main dishes were abundant, not swimming in oil, and well seasoned. Order it spicy and you get 🌶️! Taro boba was also delicious! And all modestly priced! Support this local business! And if you eat in, the place is CLEAN!

I came in yesterday and ordered food to go. I also went up and ordered a Boba drink to have while I waited. I got the mangonada. The drink and food were delicious. I got the beef broccoli and the beef was tender and every piece of broccoli was cooked all the way through. (Every other Chinese restaurant it seems to be hard to find) My husband got the happy family chow fun and the only note he had was it could have used a tad bit more sauce. We also shared pot stickers, gyoza, and crab ragoons which were great. The customer service was wonderful. Everyone asked if I needed something and what the order number for my food was. I'm honestly not sure why this place wasn't packed it's such a cute restaurant inside!! Super clean. Update: I've been here a few times now for lunch and dinner and the ratings still stand

First time here. Droved over 1hr just to try. Love this place. Mickie is great and very caring of your personal and eating needs. Wonderful modern decor. Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Of course the food is delicious! Had several dishes shared. Malaysian steak fried rice, mandarin pork chop was my favorite. Worth the drive. Will come again.

This is the old Silver Lake Chinese. New name, new building, new menu, but still very good food and service. No disappointment here at all. Good size menu with lots of new options and good size portions. Take your family and friends for a good night out dining.
