While I haven’t had any personal problems with my food, I can say that the 1 and 2 star reviews about to service and condition of the restaurant are 100% true. The delivery time takes forever even though they are only like 5 mins from me and the lady catches an attitude when you call and ask why the order they said would arrive in 15-20 mins has been missing for over an hour now… while I don’t have any problems leaving a tip I find it very unprofessional to beg your customers for tips, as a former server I 100% believe that tips are rewarded to you based on performance/service not just because your wanted to order food.

Been the best Chinese food in New London since the 80s... Order the combo B! Get home made duck sauce and their amazing dumpling sauce.

The lady that was taking my order was extremely rude and tried gilt tripping my into tipping more because "it cost me $100 a year to get the base access why can't you leave more." Proceed to call me and tell me if I don't tip more she will charge my card an extra $10 for the inconvenience.
