Fiesta Mexicana

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants! They boast authentic Mexican food. Although I have not tried everything, I would recommend the chimichangas. The guacamole is a MUST. It is made fresh right in front of you. If you are going for the first time, I recommend the combo platter so that you can try a variety and figure out what your new favorite dish will be. Or you may like them all... whatever the outcome I'm sure sure you'll find something you'll love. Besides the food, the restaurant is very festive. Bright wall colors, scenes of Mexican life and decor bring the restaurant to life. Service is great, as there are plenty of staff around.

Ok, so the place is a little out dated, typical Mexican restaurant with the colorful walls, tile tables…let’s just say the decor needs work. But the food is really good. The guacamole is made fresh in front of you and the tacos al pastor were very good. The server was nice and friendly and the prices are fair (everything is expensive now), but the portions are great. Would recommend as a good lunch option or when you are in the mood for decent Mexican food, but not for a special occasion (unless 1990 Mexican is your thing, then sure!).

It used to be a reasonable place where you could go with your family for a casual lunch - dinner time was always too noisy but not too shabby. But lately this places has turned really into a cheap joint. About a month ago, we ordered some take outs that included an order for fajitas. They sent all the food without any condiments and Tortilla. And when we called, they won't pick-up. The place was pretty bad to go in to pick up the food and on top of it, they did not included a bunch of items and won;t even answer their phones.

Although we have been attending this place for many years, it’s amazing to me. It’s amazing to me. We don’t even we don’t even get acknowledged when we sit down at the bar is very unfriendly. This is a very unfriendly atmosphere we found, and we found a much nicer place in Carmel.

Shrimp fajitas was a plate consisting of 70% onions, 20% green peppers and 10% mushrooms. Side plate of rice and beans was cold. Tortillas were good! You'll also be charged for each glass of soda. Overall I'd try once more before not coming back. Maybe it was an off day.
