Fiery Sky Asian Kitchen

Conveniently located in the Bethel Center with a clean and cozy dining room. Out food arrived promptly and was hot and fresh. We had lunch specials of sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian chicken. Both came with soup and fried rice. Fried rice basic with only egg noted as mix in, but lots of good flavor and rice was fluffy and tender. The crab rangoon was crispy and LOADED with crab. Pork egg rolls were also crispy and not greasy. We'll return to try some of their more unique offerings next time. Definitely worth trip!

Authentic delicious Chinese cuisine! When you go into a Chinese restaurant and you can hear the sound of the wok from the kitchen, it's definitely a good sign and it is the case of this restaurant. The food is very delicious with full of "wok chi" (the intense heat infused into the food by the wok and the very strong flame of the stove). "Wok chi" can bring out the best flavor of the ingredients. The pan fried dumpling was spot on. The level of pan fry is just right and the filling inside is still very moist. The taste of the pan fried rice noodle was wonderful. If you want me to be super picky, it would be even better if the color could be darker a little bit, and the moisture of the noodle to increase a bit. But all in all, the noodle is very tasty. Clean restaurant. Friendly staffs. Definitely recommend it.

We are always looking for authentic Chinese food and this one does not disappoint! The popcorn chicken is really legit, I personally would like it on the spicier side but I suppose it has to cater to the general public 😆 The spicy fish is delicious too and the portion is generous. Will definitely come back to try other dishes!

Great food, great atmosphere, great and quick service! We first thought the prices seemed a bit high then the dishes came out huge! We had Iron Plate Japanese Tofu, Sichuan Stewed Beef, and the appetizer of salt and pepper pork. It was all delicious — these pictures are from the end of our meal — minus the salt and pepper pork because that was the bomb! Will definitely be coming back, so good!

Great service. Awesome food. Clean bathrooms. Pleasant atmosphere. There are a lot of options on the menu including half page of vegetarian dishes. We had Ma Po Tofu and Dry Pot Cauliflower. I asked for the Ma Po Tofu without meat. Both were tasty and spicy. Spring rolls were hot and crispy. We were seated immediately when we arrived. Food came out a few minutes after we placed the order. We accidentally dropped a chopstick and the waitress brought us another immediately without being asked. Great experience!
