About Fei's Cafe成都小馆

Welcome to Fei's Cafe 成都小馆, a Chinese restaurant located at 2918 Eubank Blvd NE Ste B, Albuquerque, NM 87112, USA. As a Chinese restaurant, Fei's Cafe 成都小馆 specializes in flavorful and authentic Szechuan cuisine, with some customers also noting the availability of USese dishes.

You can contact Fei's Cafe 成都小馆 at (505) 417-1939 or via mobile at +1 505-417-1939. While specific details about the restaurant's ambiance are not extensively described, the focus is clearly on the quality and authenticity of the food.

Fei's Cafe 成都小馆 has recently changed ownership and is now considered by some to be the best Szechuan restaurant in town, particularly for those who enjoy spicy food. The menu might appear simple, but customers attest that every dish is worthwhile, with daily specials also available upon request from the chef, who previously worked in a restaurant in Chongqing. Highly recommended dishes include Chongqing style boiled duck curd and boiled fish fillet with chilli sauce. The Mapo Tofu is also a standout, praised for its authentic Szechuan peppering.

The service at Fei's Cafe 成都小馆 is currently facing staffing challenges, with only one waiter who may have limited English proficiency. This can result in longer wait times for service and food, as there is primarily one chef handling the cooking. Customers are advised to be patient, as the quality of the food is considered well worth the wait. An unusual feature to note is that the restroom is shared with the sushi restaurant next door and can be accessed through the door marked "restroom" within Fei's Cafe 成都小馆.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. For details on the menu, daily specials, and any current promotions, it is recommended to contact Fei's Cafe 成都小馆 directly using the provided phone numbers. If you appreciate authentic and flavorful Szechuan cuisine and don't mind a potentially longer wait due to staffing, Fei's Cafe 成都小馆 is highly recommended.

The food is amazing and full of flavor! Service was exceptional. If you’re the type that wants your food out in 5 min or less then don’t come here, go to a drive-thru fast food restaurant instead. I was on the hunt for some good Mapo Tofu and this place is now my go to. Just the right amount of Szechuan pepper with that tongue numbing deliciousness. The other dishes we ordered were also outstanding. If you’re craving Taiwanese food, try this place!

This restaurant recently changed the owner and now became the best Szechuan restaurant in town. If you enjoy spicy food, this is your go-to place. The menu looks simple but every dish is worth it. There are also some daily special dishes. Make sure you ask the chef for it. The chef used to work in a restaurant in Chongqing. His cooking is super authentic. Among all dishes, I would especially recommend Chongqing style boiled duck curd and boiled fish fillet with chilli sauce. This place hasn't had time to hire enough staff to take care of the customers like other places. The only waiter is not very good at English and it takes longer to serve as there is only the chef cooking. So please be patient because you will find out the food is totally worth it. Lastly if you want to use the restroom, go through the door with the restroom sign on it. You will enter the sushi restaurant next door. The restroom is on the side of the sushi restaurant. These two restaurants share the restroom.

The food is tasty just know they offer less than what is on the menu and they dont speak English. When they fail to bring an item we ordered we had to get their attention just to learn they ran out and since our payment had already gone through via the kiosk, you then need to choose a same cost item to substitute. All of this is more difficult because they know zero English. Thankfully another customer translated for us. In addition to the terrible service the restaurant was not clean. Weirdly, they are carpeted floors. And they were really sticky. So Gross. The tables aren't clean either. They are set up for new diners but the staff is inattentive to the fact that the table isnt wiped. Gross. They don't seat their guests so it's up to you to find a table that is decent. We choose a table saw the plastic had stain marks. So we moved toward another table, it was a table where a worker had been sitting there looking at her phone, it was available now but we saw she had left her hair scrunches. So we found yet another table. This entire time none of the staff were attentive. Small space. Worse service ever. The staff contiued to be in attentive. Finally found menus ourselves, saw there was a kiosk and placed and paid electronically for our order. While waiting for our food, a waiter then brought us menus, we said we ordered already and pointed to the kiosk. . He didn't speak English. Online we could see that the credit card had be charged. Their system was down so although we were charged they had no record of what to prepare for us. They communicated more with gestures, Learning that items we ordered were not available, We then had to make other choices but we were limited to the same priced item since the meal had already been charged to our account. Still one item had yet to be delivered and after getting the staffs attention a kind customer translated for us asking for them to refund us for that item. Seriously, the service and cleanliness was terrible. One last comment. This restaurant is connected to another. To use the restroom you must walk through the adjoining restaurant then through blue fabric to find the restroom. Very odd and inconvenient.

This Taiwanese restaurant not only offers traditional Taiwanese snacks but also provides many vegetarian options.

Ordered a few things to go. Love the pork meat bun! It’s very flavorful and a lot bigger than a Xiao Long Bao. The meat is juicy and very well-seasoned. Bun itself is moist and just the right amount of dough. I also ordered cold sesame noodles, fried tofu and pork stew rice w/egg. What a nice hidden gem in Albuquerque! Owner is very nice too. Everything reminds me of home!
