About Fasia Buffet

Fasia Buffet, located at 1323 E Valley Pkwy, Escondido, CA 92027, USA, is a Chinese Restaurant offering a buffet-style dining experience to local users. The reviews suggest a focus on variety, including sushi and other dishes.

The environment appears to be spacious enough to accommodate a lunch crowd without being overly busy on a weekday in October 2023. The service model is self-serve for both food and drinks, as indicated in one of the Sunday reviews.

A key feature of Fasia Buffet is the variety of food offered. Based on customer reviews, the selection includes sushi, with salmon being a highlight for some. Other dishes mentioned are corn, mushroom chicken, fried food, raw salmon, seaweed, soup, and soft shell crab with shrimp. Desserts are also available. However, one reviewer expressed significant disappointment, stating an inability to eat anything other than white rice due to a perceived smell of bad seafood and the use of inexpensive ingredients.

Regarding pricing, a weekday lunch in October 2023 was around $16.00, which one customer considered "well worth the meal." Another review mentioned a potential promotional aspect for Sundays before 4:00 pm, where the meal price was $20.99 and included all food and drinks. This suggests that there may be different pricing structures or potential deals depending on the day and time.

Overall, Fasia Buffet offers a wide array of options, including sushi and various Chinese dishes, in a buffet setting. While some customers have had positive experiences, particularly regarding the variety and potential value at certain times like Sunday afternoons, one recent review expressed strong dissatisfaction with the food quality and smell. Local users may want to consider these varying perspectives when deciding to visit Fasia Buffet.

10/19/2023 Lunch at Fasia. Not too busy price was about $16.00. Well worth the meal. As always sushi is my favorite and here the salmon is really good. Then I had the corn I think it was over cooked but still good. Finally it's on to mushroom chicken. Mmmmmm so so yummy. That is the best meal of all. I could stay longer as I had dessert and drinks but I don't want to over do it! Amazing meal considering today's food prices! Sunday Review The best time to go is Sunday before 4:00 pm because you are paying 20.99 for the meal as you get all the food and drinks included. You will need to get your drink and food. Everyone was getting fried food. Me? I grab the sushi, raw salmon and seaweed. Then on to soup. After it's mushroom and soft shell crab with shrimp. Did not get to the dessert...or other goodies. Overall a great feast!!

Very disappointing. My husband really wanted to try this buffet so I agreed to go with him. I couldn't eat anything other than the white rice without gagging. The place smells like bad seafood and everything is made using the most inexpensive ingredients. You're better off buying frozen dinners.

An adequate buffet. We went at lunch time, first-time visitors, and expected it to be crowded. There were not many customers. It was pay first, with tip, on the receipt. Usually, in other buffets, we would get escorted to a table, be supplied silverware, and asked what we want to drink. After paying, no instructions, we wandered around, trying to get a feel of what to do, we picked a table, and got a plate of food. Back to the table, no silverware. We had to figure out where it was and get some. Back to the table, no drink. We looked around and saw a drink station that appeared to be in the wait staff area, so we just sat without a drink. Food was OK.

Good service, wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, poor bathrooms and okay variety. The staff was very cheerful, prompt, and attentive. Quick to take plates and make sure we understand the menu. There were multiple families there and I saw TONS of varying types of high chairs. I had to change a diaper in the restroom. Not great. Lots of varying wet spots on the floor. Bits of toilet paper. Also unsure if it was some off brand cleaner or some other issue but it smelled..sour? Definitely not simple green. The variety was okay. Nothing great but nothing amazing. The wings were dry but the fries were seasoned. The sushi seemed freshly made and going quick. All the desserts except for the "tiramisu" and ice cream was hard.and a bit dry. I didn't hate it but I wouldn't intentionally go here again. Not with all the variety available.

I loved the food and sushi for many years and now that you take your own drink it is better, my children love it. I only miss the chocolate chip cookies, they were the best.
