Fan Chinese Restaurant

We’ve eaten Fan 4 times now, once being carry out, 3 times dine in. The restaurant has very nice atmosphere and the food has always been so delicious! Highly recommend for local Chinese food! (Pictured is our carry out meal of: Moo Goo Gai Pan Chicken, and General Tso’s Chicken) Family of 6 and our go to order is: Large egg drop soup Honey chicken General Tso’s Chicken (I like spicy) Moo Goo Gai Pan Chicken Fried and Steamed rice Portions are also a good size!

Cute little restaurant. You can dine in or take out. Prices are super reasonable. Food delicious! I believe they’ve only been open a month or so. A few kinks to work out as it relates to ensuring tables have their complete order. Food was great so will be back!

We came as first customers on their opening day! Easy to park in front of the store. Plenty space to sit inside. Their floor and booth seats are clean and not sticky! Their food taste fresh and not too salty or oil. I love their Kung Pao chicken and Cumin Beef a lot. The Sweet & Sour pork taste exactly the same as the dishes where it came from! Reasonable price and good portion. And they have a clean restroom. We will be back.

For a very new business with a very busy dinner demand… the staff were so kind and patient. We dined in while there were several people placing to go orders or picking up their orders. The staff was on it. I placed our order, 2 soups, 2 dinners and a kids meal, very reasonably priced. Went back 10 Minutes later to order an appetizer. We received all our food fairly fast for how busy they were. You can definitely tell the demand is high and maybe more than expected but they handled it well. We’re big people watchers and we enjoyed watching them work together and working hard to make sure each customer was attended to. Overall we enjoyed our dinner in Melissa’s newest and pretty cute Chinese restaurant!

I got the general tsos chicken, chicken fried rice, and hot and sour soup. Service was great, resteraunt was clean, food was all tasty. A few things to note: While the general tsos chicken was delicious, it's not your standard general tsos. The sauce is bright red and served with pineapple. More like sweet and sour chicken. The hot and sour soup has a smoky flavor (not standard) The fried rice was perfect tho. I will be back to try some more!
