Food is just ok. The staff is not very friendly. This is just a take-out restaurant. There are only 2-3 tables in the place. It is not welcoming. They are cash only. They have a QR code you can scan to order if you want to use credit or debit. The atm inside works sporadically with a $2.99 fee as of 12/24- so bring cash. Just the basic American/Chinese Food restaurant.

Food was fresh and portions are decent. Order was accurate and quick. Customer service was friendly.

Some of the people there are friendly and fast with your orders. But there’s this gentleman with glasses on. He needs to be more attentive to customers walking in. He’ll slightly ignore you over phone calls. Before you even make an order and the phone ring, he’ll deal with the phone first before customers that are standing in front of him waiting to make an order. He messed up my order twice already.

Great place, friendly and does delivery when you order $8+. Food is there but if your hungry anything taste good. Definitely a place to check out

Despite their recent Sanitary Inspection being a down grade from June 2024, I went to them for a friend. Their new grade is "Grade Pending". They were previously Grade A by the Sanitation Dept. That should tell you a lot, right there. And, the day I went, was Thursday, where it was all men workers. The people who work here know me well. And, they lost a lot of customers within the last year, after my previous review. The food texture was ok. But, it was part of the wrong order. The person I went for, ordered Pork Chow Mein, and a Lobster Chow Mein. They gave Chicken Chow Mein. And, the Lobster Chow Mein had No Lobster pieces. This place messes up the orders of Customers too often. It didn't seem odd, if you went to Family Kitchen, and heard a Customer tell them NOT TO cook their meal a Certain way, or NOT TO Cook Fries too heavy, and they still did. Or, you hear a Customer tell the Counter Person that if the Fries are cooked too heavy, they will not pay. And, the Customer is shown the meal before it's Bagged, and they leave without paying, or with their order. I wrote this second review, to let you readers know what's going on, and to ASK you [READERS]to AVOID this location, also. If it were Me doing their Inspection, I would have wrote a report that would have closed the restaurant the same day. As Customers, we pay for many things, include for the Accuracy of our food contents. I didn't bother to check the meal before leaving store, bc its usually the Female workers causing the meals to get messed up, bc as you're telling them your order, and they're typing it into the system, the order gets Mis-typed too often. So...the male workers were given the Benefit. However, I called the friend and told her to call the store, and place the orders while I was standing inside, and they guy STILL messed up the order, while talking to the Customer on the phone. If you order food from this location, it will make sense to check your contents, before you leave store. UPDATE! This restaurant was just given a B Grade by the City Sanitation Department. Again, they had an A Grade.
