About Express Hibachi

Express Hibachi is located at 4001 S Decatur Blvd #28 in Las Vegas. While categorized under Chinese Restaurants on some platforms, it appears to offer a blend of Japanese and Chinese fast food, specializing in hibachi dishes. Here's an objective overview based on recent customer feedback.

One customer expressed significant concern regarding hygiene practices. They reported observing a staff member handling money, touching clothes and face, and using a cell phone while preparing food without washing hands. This led to the customer requesting a refund due to food safety concerns, and they noted that their complaint was met with anger rather than resolution.

On the other hand, another customer had a very positive experience. They found the food to be very good with large portions at reasonable prices. The staff were described as friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. This reviewer considered it some of the best fast Japanese/Chinese food they had tasted, appreciating it as a change from typical Vegas offerings. They ordered the combination dinner with steak and shrimp hibachi, a kids orange chicken meal, Singapore curry noodle, and General Tso chicken, rating their overall experience a 9.2/10.

The environment of Express Hibachi is described as a "little place" by one reviewer, suggesting a smaller, perhaps more casual setting. The service experience seems to vary significantly based on the two contrasting reviews.

Currently, there is no information available regarding specific features or promotional offers for Express Hibachi. For inquiries or to place orders, you can contact them at phone number (702) 405-0888 or mobile phone +1 702-405-0888.

Given the contrasting reviews, potential customers may want to consider both the positive feedback on food quality and portions, as well as the serious hygiene concerns raised by another reviewer.

I love this little place because it's close to home. However while the lady was making my food I noticed how many times she touched the money , touched her clothes and face and also typing on her cell phone all while cooking my food. Not once did she wash her hands. I'm sorry that is not acceptable when making my food. I did ask for my money back, because we already have to deal with the messed up things that are happening to our food and how things are genetically made these days, I'm sorry I could not watch this happen and go home and eat with family and get sick because of this. When I told the lady about my issue she got mad right away, instead of fixing the problem. So if you go here , please take care and be mindful of people that are in control over your food.

The food here was very good and big portions without it being crazy expensive!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food came was very fresh and again it was very good!! This is some of the best fast Japanese/Chinese food I have had! It was also nice to get out of Vegas and away from all the same types of foods/people. This was still close to Vegas as we are on vacation! Again I would definitely recommend this place and the food is a 9.2/10!!! 😁 What we ordered: I got the combination dinner w/ steak and shrimp hibachi. My sister got the kids orange chicken meal. My Mom got the Singapore curry noddle. and my Dad got the General Tso chicken!

Not the best place to dine-in but they always great for take out in my opinion. I think for the price the portions and quality of the food was great. I’ve been here a few times and haven’t been disappointed yet.

If you like spicy food this is the place for you. The food is yummily spicy. This is my second visit to this restaurant. We have tried general Tao Chicken and Kung Pao Combination - 2 spicy selection, and orange chicken which is not a spicy item. They all taste good. Since we dine in we also got a miso soup each which we didn’t try. The portion is good-sized and the ingredients are generous. My husband finished the whole plate but I have leftover for another snack or meal as I’m a small eater. It tastes a lot better than the Chinese food at the casino. We will return. I feel in Vegas this place deserves a 5-star.

I wanted to try somewhere new and quick and didn't feel like Panda , so I found this on Google . The reviews seemed pretty good and not far from me . I was looking to get a combo plate , but she said they only sell full portions . I got an order of the General Tso's Chicken and Fried Rice . I wanted to try the Kung Pao Chicken too , but oh well . The order came pretty quick and I got it to go . The place looked clean and they had a couple customers sitting at the dining room . The General Tso's was just ok , nothing to brag about . I did like that they put a couple pieces of pineapple in theirs , some places don't . The peppers were fresh and crispy . The Fried Rice was a let down . It was dark like it had a lot of flavoring , but it was just plain tasting and didn't taste very fresh . It was sticky and a little dried out like it had been out for a while . Not really impressed with this place , so I don't think I will return .
