Excellent Dumpling House 三六九餐厅

Classic Chinese restaurant, which means it's perfect! Brightly lit, very clean, fast seating and service. The food is prepared quickly and served steaming hot or still sizzling. The dishes are really fresh, well prepared and taste great. Also, the serving portions are gigantic - I'll be eating leftovers for days! Highly recommend for the lunch special, or dinner out. You just gotta go!

Absolutely the best dumpling in NY city! Soup dumplings were amazing, along with the pork belly and lo mein. Quick service, staff is constantly present to help you with anything you need.

The food was delicious. The dumpling are as excellent as they say. I cannot recommend the fried pork dumplings enough. Perfectly cooked and so much filling which was so good. Our server was also very attentive and funny.

Immediate accommodation for our group size. The service was prompt and friendly. The food came out fresh and took as expected when cooked appropriately. Would recommend. Tons of flavor and good heat. The pork soup dumplings were the bomb.

We discovered this dim sum house by a happy accident and we are so glad we did! The food was incredible, the service was warm and friendly and the restaurant itself was cozy and welcoming. We had the crabmeat and pork xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), the egg drop soup and the hot and spicy wontons to start. They were all delicious, get them all if you can. The broth of the egg drop soup was insane, some of the best I’ve ever had in the city. The egg ribbons were perfect and it was just the best way to start this whole meal. The hot and spicy wontons are in a spicy peanut butter sauce so just be weary of that if you have any allergies. The xiaolongbao were perfect. The meat and the broth were delectable, like lip-smackingly good. Definitely up there with the likes of Joe’s soup dumplings and other Chinatown favs. For our main, we had the special fried rice which paired really well with the chilli oil and the cashew chicken which had lots of veggies like zucchini, celery and carrots, and was just so yummy and paired really well with the rice. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. 10/10 recommend!
