EverSpring Modern Chinese

It was my first visit and l ordered Crispy Beef and Veggie Potstickers. Cripsy Beef is the signature menu of EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant, and as the name suggests, it has a crispy texture and good taste. However, it is a little salty, so it is better to eat it with rice. EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant does not sell beer, but if they did, it would be a good beer snack. Veggie Potstickers are cooked in the Japanese Gyoza style, and it tasted very bland and healthy. I like bland food, so it was great for me, but people who do not like bland food may not like it. At EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant, you order at the kiosk at the entrance, take the number marked plastic stick bar to the table, and wait, and the robot will bring the food to your table. The interior of the restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is good, so i plan to visit again.

Cafe style setting with fresh Chinese food options. The menu is not extensive, has enough variety for the family. Cute robot cart brings plates to you. The food is not salty, yet flavorful. Enjoyed the cucumber salad, shrimp egg rolls, tofu and veg stir fry, hot and sour soup, and chicken and broccoli. The chicken was generous, but could have used more tofu. Service is great, very friendly. Open on Christmas Day, appreciate you guys!

Authentic and Delicious!! This place is a GEM and so yummy😋😋 food came out quickly and everything is perfectly executed! I don’t eat pork or anything spicy, they were so nice to cook the dishes none spicy and I had their Xiaolongbao which is chicken and unlike usual ones that are pork. Such a RARE find in OC. I also love their orange chicken which actually has orange in it. Their chives pancakes were super fresh and tasty. We ended up ordering to go as well for a second meal. We’ll be back 💯

Overall, we enjoyed the food. The crispy beef was awesome. Great texture and flavor. The dumplings and potstickers were good but didn’t stand out from other good Chinese restaurants. The pork dumplings with chili were ok, but the dry chili flakes dumped on top were too much and made me cough. The robot that delivers your food is a bit weird, and make sure to watch out for it! It doesn’t always see humans coming in its path.

I almost don't want to post about how good the place is because I want this place to myself 😂 Excellent all around, food is amazing and hot. The service is good not overly attentive (You all know what I mean too). The place is super clean which I love 😘. I came here two days in row with two different co-workers. I will be back soon, not tomorrow though. Sorry I ate the food so fast I forgot to take a photo. kung Pao Chicken and Broccoli 🥦 Beef were excellent 👌 Hot and sour soup too 😋
