About Emperor's Palace

Emperor's Palace is a Chinese restaurant situated at 3509 Kitsap Way in Bremerton, Washington. As a local Chinese Restaurant, it offers a range of Chinese cuisine options, primarily catering to takeout customers, although dine-in service is also implied by comments about the interior. For inquiries or to place an order, you can contact them at (360) 377-8822 or +1 360-377-8822.

Based on the available customer reviews, the experiences at Emperor's Palace appear to be quite polarized, with strong positive and negative feedback regarding various aspects of the establishment, including service, food quality, and the restaurant's environment.

One customer reported a highly negative experience, detailing issues with their online order and interactions with the staff. This reviewer claimed that there were significant communication difficulties due to perceived limited English proficiency of the staff, leading to an incorrect order. They further alleged disrespectful behavior and a lack of accountability from the restaurant regarding the order error. This customer also expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the food quality, describing it as "completely nasty" and stating they would never return or recommend the restaurant to others. Additionally, they raised concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the interior, describing it as "old," "run down," and smelling "moldy," suggesting potential health and safety issues.

Conversely, another customer provided a glowing review, stating that "the food here is absolutely amazing." This reviewer mentioned primarily using the takeout service and consistently being satisfied with the quality. They specifically praised the "family dinners" for offering a substantial amount of food, enough for a whole family with leftovers. A particular highlight for this customer was the "honey walnut chicken," which they described as a "must try," consistently "fresh and delicious." This positive feedback suggests that Emperor's Palace is capable of producing high-quality dishes that are well-received by some customers, particularly for takeout orders.

Considering these contrasting reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive overall assessment of Emperor's Palace. The negative review raises serious concerns about customer service, order accuracy, food quality, and the cleanliness of the premises. The positive review, on the other hand, strongly praises the food, particularly the family dinners and the honey walnut chicken, and suggests a satisfactory experience with their takeout service.

Regarding the environment of Emperor's Palace, the negative review paints a concerning picture of an "old," "run down," and "moldy" interior. This suggests that the dine-in experience might be unpleasant, and it raises questions about the overall maintenance and hygiene of the restaurant. The positive review does not comment on the interior, as they primarily use the takeout service, so we lack a balanced perspective on the ambiance and condition of the dining area.

In terms of services, Emperor's Palace offers both dine-in and takeout options, with at least one customer explicitly mentioning using their online ordering system. The experience with the online ordering, as described in the negative review, was fraught with issues. However, the positive review suggests that the takeout service is reliable and provides high-quality food. The availability of "family dinners" indicates that Emperor's Palace caters to larger groups and offers value in terms of quantity.

Features of Emperor's Palace that can be identified from the reviews include their family-sized meal options, which are noted for their generous portions, and the honey walnut chicken, which is highly recommended as a standout dish. However, the alleged communication difficulties and the reported state of the interior are significant negative features that potential customers should be aware of.

There is no promotional information available in the provided text. The reviews do not mention any discounts, special offers, or ongoing promotions at Emperor's Palace. Local users interested in such information would need to contact the restaurant directly.

In conclusion, Emperor's Palace in Bremerton, WA, is a Chinese restaurant that elicits strong but conflicting opinions from its customers. While one reviewer reported severe issues with service, order accuracy, food quality, and the restaurant's environment, another praised the food, particularly the family dinners and honey walnut chicken, for takeout. Potential local customers should be aware of these contrasting experiences. If considering dining in, the description of the interior in one review is concerning. For those primarily interested in takeout, the positive feedback on food quality, especially the honey walnut chicken, might be appealing. Given the starkly different experiences, it may be prudent for new customers to proceed with caution and perhaps try a specific dish like the honey walnut chicken based on the positive recommendation, while being mindful of the potential service and environmental issues raised in the negative review. Contacting the restaurant directly for any current promotions or to inquire about their standards might also be a helpful step for prospective customers.

Placed my order online. I ordered the #4 lunch combination. This is the worst place I have been at in a very long time. The staff was disrespectful. I am clearly trying to stress what I'm trying to say and because of the limited ability to speak English or should I say the inability to act like they can understand English was just painful. How can you run a business and pretend like you don't know English. I had to repeat myself multiple times before becoming frustrated with handing the phone to my. Who she did begin screaming at as well as when I got back on the phone began screaming at me telling me it was my responsibility to make sure my order was correct. I screenshot me taking the order and it was clearly not what I ordered . My order did not take ownership of messing up my order. I do not eat chicken. I specified what I wanted. I followed the instructions online to place my order and my order was completely incorrect. The inside was old. Ran down smelled moldy Health department should be called to inspect this place. The food was completely nasty. I would never go here. I would never recommend anyone to go here. I wouldn't even feed the leftovers to my pets. People need to stop investing in locally owned businesses when they don't appreciate your dollars. If it wasn't for local customers, you would not still be in business.

The food here is absolutely amazing. I usually only do take out, but I am never disappointed. The family dinners are an insane amount of food, definitely enough to feed the whole family and have leftovers, and the honey walnut chicken is a must try, it's always fresh and delicious.

Been coming here years every two weeks I drop at least $100. No more your rude and when you mess up you try to blame the customer. We paid for almond chicken and u tell me pretty much just crush my own almonds . You lost a really good customer . Rude and unprofessional tell me the kitchen was to busy to remember almonds on almond chicken . What did I pay for . I could buy this myself at chef store also that's chicken for the dinner family of four . 😂 Pay for more but the portions always seem the same . Small

This restaurant has my most favorite of all time hot and sour soup. It is perfect with so many vegetables, lots of meats and is so tasty! They even leave the soy sauce out so people can adjust their own salt. Yum!
