We've been coming to Emperor’s Kitchen for years, but I haven't yet written a review since I'm not one to generally do so. For me to review something/someplace is rather significant. I digress: EK is a fantastic spot for delicious, high-quality food with amazing service. The staff is always super friendly and pleasant. Food here always tastes "fresh"--the water chestnuts are so crunchy!--and full of flavor, with generous portions and a great variety to choose from. My family simply loves the orange chicken. It's unmatched. You won’t be disappointed. Definitely a go-to place for the best Chinese food around. I can't describe it in any other way but delicious. I know that's so generic, but seriously, it's just plain delicious.

I have to lead with that coming here on vacation from NYC, we have a lot of fantastic options for Chinese; naturally, we have high standards & expectations, which makes the following even more impressive. The family recently had the pleasure of dining at Emperor's Kitchen & I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hidden gem is a standout when it comes to both customer service & culinary excellence. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting & cozy w/ elegant woodwork that set the stage for a memorable meal. The service was impeccable throughout our entire meal. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive, offering several helpful recommendations & making sure our glasses were never empty. Now, let's talk about the food: *Each of our entrées was on par with what you'd get in Lower Manhattan in Chinatown* We know when fresh is fresh & boy, you can tell that only the freshest ingredients are used. I highly recommend the General TSO's Chicken--the sauce was among the best I've ever tasted--it was an absolute showstopper. Combined with the most ridiculous eggrolls (honestly I've never tasted an eggroll like theirs. The best I've ever tasted. Literally) Overall, Emperor's Kitchen excels not only in its top-notch authentic Chinese, but also in its outstanding customer service. It's a place where you can sit back, relax & truly enjoy a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a fan of traditional Chinese dishes or eager to try something new, this restaurant is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return. I wish they had a chain out East!

My husband and my first time dining here. I ordered the Chicken Cashew. The chicken was tough and dry. Plus, canned (not fresh) mushrooms were used. My husband ordered the Cantonese Shrimp. The baby corn was discolored, which was off setting. We probably won't be back.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a rude comment. The older Asian guy in the front asked us if we “could get out of there in 30 minutes” since they were closing. Their advertised time for closing is 8:00 pm, we came in at 7:20 pm. Our server then proceeded to get angry and rude when we asked if we can take our food to go since we already felt rushed and uncomfortable. The guy was condescending and nice to the white guy waiting for their order but with us he was horrible. I’m not the type to call out racism for everything but this time I will. This place is not worth the headache or humiliation. I wonder if they treated us this way to appease certain people. Good luck staying open.

Food was amazing, service was poor. We got the 4 person dinner special, which was enough to feed 6 people easily. When I arrived to pick up the order, the receptionist was turned around talking to a waitress for like 10 minutes. She saw us waiting and kept having their story time. Other guests were waiting for a table and scoffed at the situation too. Not sure how long they must have been waiting before us too. Very poor service.
