El Pollo Loco

Love their food. We have been here so many times and never had any issues. Food always tasted great, chicken was juicy and always seasoned well. It tasted fresh and delicious 😋. The general manager is very nice and helpful, she cares about the customers . The store is always clean and beautifully decorated especially for the Holidays. If you download their app you get great offers. Overall: excellent fast food Mexican restaurant with great vibes. Definitely recommend it.

Stopped in for a delicious dinner. Happy to get away from the Strip food prices and get some really good eats at a reasonable price. The place is super clean and inviting. Kiosk ordering was really easy. Quick and friendly service. The food is so delicious! I love the red and green salsa. Great place for a quick meal. I love the plates they serve the food on, reminds me of a backyard BBQ.

The staff was really friendly. The food was great. The lemon juices on the grilled chicken is flavorful. The Chicken with the flour tortillas is a good combination. Today I got the 3 pc w mashed potatoes and rice.

El Pollo Loco has done some in store updates. But the staff that serves the public just keeps getting crappier. I went in around the 5th of October the girl ask me in broken English if she could help me I replied yes 2 chicken bowls. I look down at my phone to pull up El Pollo Loco app I look up the girl standing there with a blank look. I show her the app to scan she replies can I help you I said second time two chicken bowls. Now I'm sorry but if the manager is going to hire people make sure they pay attention speak English! Along with understand English! This girl did not understand either. When I go into a restaurant and someone is new I cut them a break and I tried to help them along. I also try to be understanding with handicapped people working and I have no problem either one of them. But before you come to America learn and understand English! If the management don't seem to understand the problems that are going on inside their food chain they need to find another business to get into. Me I'll keep posting the negatives and positive of this food chain. One last thing they need to make sure food item are all weighed out to be the same. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Worst Location ever! Staff had attitude. Food was terrible. Rice was burnt and dry! Our family salad was terrible! They forgot the salad dressing and on top of it all the avacado on the salad was old and had MOLD!!!! This is unacceptable!
