About Eat Sarap

Eat Sarap is a restaurant located at 11902 Bonita Beach Rd SE #9, Bonita Springs, FL 34135, USA. While the platform category is Chinese Restaurant, customer reviews indicate that Eat Sarap specializes in Filipino food. You can contact them at (475) 414-0324 or their mobile number +1 475-414-0324.

Based on customer feedback, Eat Sarap is noted for its friendly and accommodating service. They are willing to discuss their food sizes and may offer off-menu items. However, one customer reported a significant issue regarding food allergies. Despite explicitly informing the restaurant staff about a root crop allergy (taro, yam, cassava, etc.) and avoiding certain dishes, the customer found taro in their pork sinigang, leading to an allergic reaction. The customer also mentioned difficulties in contacting the restaurant by phone to address the issue.

Another customer ordered a variety of dishes, including pancit, adobo, lumpia, and turon. They found the adobo to be a bit dry (noting a personal preference against chicken adobo) but enjoyed the other items and indicated a willingness to return to try more of the menu.

Given the information, Eat Sarap offers Filipino cuisine and appears to have friendly service. However, potential customers with allergies should exercise caution and ensure that specific ingredients are clearly communicated and understood by the restaurant staff when placing an order. It is also advisable to verify the accuracy of the ingredients before consumption, based on the reported incident.

For local users in Bonita Springs or Naples looking for Filipino food, Eat Sarap offers a range of dishes. However, it is crucial for customers with allergies to take extra precautions and directly confirm ingredient details with the restaurant when ordering.

Make sure you ask them specific ingredients when ordering! Was craving filipino food while at Naples, FL and this was closest one so went on Friday to take-out and bring home. Started great as the people there were very friendly and accommodating. They told me their food sizes and offered off the menu dishes, which I turned down as I am allergic to one of the ingredient. I specifically told the lady that I am allergic to root crop (taro, yam, cassava, etc) hence I won't be ordering some of the dishes. I did order my favorite pork sinigang among other things. While eating the sinigang for Saturday breakfast, I noticed a weird vegetable on the soup. Upon further inspection, found out that the weird looking veggies is taro and stopped eating altogether. I tried calling them right away to confirm the ingredients but they won't answer the phone and went straight to voicemail. Really disappointed because this incidents are life and death situations. The least they can do is answer their phone specially if they list it on google. They mentioned in their website to inform them of allergies, which I did, but they don't adhere to customers advice. Currently having an allergic reaction and had to take 2 antihistamin to mitigate the reaction. This is very disappointing. I will be very wary when ordering.

I ordered a couple things for a variety. I love Filipino food. I ordered pancit, adobo, lumpia and Turon. The Adobo was a bit dry. I wouldn't order it again. To be fair, I'm not a fan of chicken. Everything else was very delicious. I 100% would return to try other items.

OMG this place is incredible. Real authentic flavor and cozy homestyle vibe. The owner and patrons are so helpful and kind. The halo halo and pancit were life changing. Thank you so much!! We live in NYC and are quite fortunate to have access to all types of cuisines and Eat Sarap is some of the best Filipino food we have ever eaten! We will definitely return on our next FL visit!
