I ordered from here at LEAST once every two weeks and would spend substantial money for it being Chinese food. I placed my order online and 1 1/2 hours later, still not here. I called and after waiting 10 minutes for them to “look for it” they said oh we didn’t start it yet, you still want it it will be another 40 minutes to an hour. No, I’m sorry, nothing. Just kept saying, you want it or not. Lost a loyal long time customer and all of my family and friends that I had go there will stop too. The food isn’t THAT good for you to not pay attention to orders and have NO basic customer service skills when called. Disgrace. DO NOT GO HERE. Rude employee

Best tasting Chinese food in NJ! I’ve tried many dishes from their menu and I’m never disappointed. This restaurant is near my job and it’s the only reason I look forward to coming in to work.

I have ordered from here several times and it’s always been pretty tasty. Today I ordered to work and upon delivery I got chicken instead of beef with broccoli. I called and they told me that they would fix my order a little later when the driver has a nearby delivery. I wasn’t sure wether or not I’d get my dish, but eventually they did come and swap the dish….not something you can take for granted these days when gas prices are through the roof. So tasty food and great service. I highly recommend east wok and will order from them again for sure :-)
