East West Restaurant

We hadn’t been here in years and I must say it’s improved from the last time. The staff were friendly and attentive. There wasn’t many customers here but, they seem to do a lot of carry out orders. The have a big selection on the menu. They offer more traditional American food as well as vegetarian too. We had Hunan shrimp and sweet and sour chicken. Both were good. The portions are big and the Hunan shrimp was packed with shrimp! We enjoyed the crab Rangoon as well. They have a nice huge fully stocked bar and two dining rooms. The restaurant was clean and open so you didn’t feel cramped at all. They have tables and booths too.

I had been past East West many times but never tried it until recently. I would recommend the Sichuan beef. The vegetables were crisp and delicious and the beef was very tasty (although I would have preferred a bit more heat). My wife ordered General Tso's and it was good but not great. We would return to try some other dishes based on our experience.

We have ate here a handful of times, and I must say, every time has been a pleasant experience. From entering, being seated, ordering drinks and meals, eating, paying, leaving. Everything is pleasant, welcoming, private. The food is tasty, delicious and more than you can eat without feeling stuffed. Love this place, and look forward to our next visit! This visit I ordered the Happy Family w/ fried rice, my wife the Hunan Chicken w/ fried rice, and ordered a Noodle Bowl for our daughter (no pic). We had the Crab Rangoon (fantastic!) and spring rolls (also fantastic!) Even the water is tastes very good! There unsweet tea is really good as well!

We decided to try out the updated restaurant this evening for the first time. Really nice, clean atmosphere, and the service was fantastic! We liked the food, but didn’t feel any of the dishes were stellar. We won’t hesitate to go again and try some other dishes.

This place is amazing! The people are so nice. Took my 93 y.o. mother and she asked for something not on the menu. Instead of saying no, they whipped up a dish just for her and she loved it! Frankly five stars is not enough. I’d give them 10! Thank you for treating my mother so graciously! asfor a recommendations… Anything on the menu! It’s all delicious.
